Very small unassuming store in a large strip mall, which gets most of its customers from the Outlet Liquors shop.
Inside though items are nicely organized, neatly arranged, and very clean. Excellent array of beef cuts and pork. Chicken as well, and quite a few sausages, and many sauces that are bottled. Beef is grass fed corn finished, and grabbed a porterhouse that was fantastic. Nice marbling and wonderful flavor.
All local meats, excellent handling and butchering by the staff as well.

This is a unique meat market to the area that has a wide variety of fine meats and more. They even have organic meats and pastured local chickens and eggs. I go here because what they sell is high quality and delicious.
