My grandmother had broken her wrist and I had to take her here. They treated her with kindness, yet were firm about what they wanted. When my grandma would say she was in pain, the Physical Therapists(PT) would show genuine concern yet push through with the session. They do not waste your time. Amazing PTs that will help you progress. P. S.- listen to the PTs. If they tell you to do something, you do it. Do not skip out on one day just because it hurts. If my grandmother can do it, you can too! :)

PROS: They give you attention They do a great job with your physical issue They heal you well CONS: Open only 3 days a week Difficult to address any issues because those ladies can be highly sensitive and take things quite personally, so it is not easy to question/comment/complain Lack of good reception/customer service Lack of flexibility/compromise for co-payment amounts, a bit money greedy if you ask

You will get individualized attention. It’s a great place with all the latest equipment for what ails your hand, elbow, shoulder. I went for all of these! It’s a calm atmosphere. They made sure I got better. Susan has her doctorate in PT and her staff is very professional also. They don’t work on 3 people at once like some other places I’ve been to.
