I met Andre 2 years ago and he went out of his way to order a sparkling wine that my dad loves from Portugal. He had to order several cases to keep the price reasonable I assured him we would buy most of the cases. I love that they deliver and the store does a lot of liquor taste testing. I love this shop!!!

Andres you’re the best! Great selections and at a reasonable price! If my favorite red blend American wine company isn’t available Andre’s will make sure it’s available for the next visit which is every Friday Thanks guys!!!

This shop is now a weekly pit stop for me. In fact I’ve been here thrice in the last week.
The first time I stopped by, it was minutes from closing time but they helped me find an excellent bottle of wine based on a few adjectives I provided within mere minutes. The selection was so spot on, I returned to purchase another bottle within days.
The store owners are friendly and always willing to assist with a selection. I’m only sad that I didn’t notice this store earlier! My liver thanks me for it but the wannabe sommelier in me doesn’t.

Stopped by this store last night to pick up wine for the Scandal Première and I am so glad that I did. I was greeted immediately, offered assistance, and they welcomed me to the neighborhood. They have a pretty broad selection and my favorite Riesling was $ 3 cheaper than I usually pay! I will absolutely make this my new go to spot.

Far and away the best place to buy wine or liquor in the neighborhood. Their prices are fair, they offer regular wine/​liquor tastings, and the staff is exceptionally knowledgable and friendly – but never pushy. I always walk out satisfied with the experience and with a product I enjoy for myself and others. Can’t recommend this place enough.

This place really has great variety. My family enjoys brandy and connac. They have these beautiful bottles shaped in different forms like horses, and swords. I flew in from buffalo last year for new years eve and wanted to get my father a nice 50^th bday gift that was coming up a few days later. I was gonna fly out and needed the bottle to be delivered. The owner said it wouldnt be a problem. I choose an amazing amermnian brandy bottle in the shape of a dragon. I paid, and left the date along with the address. I called few days later just as a reminder, and the owner assured me it will be all taken care of.
I get a call from my dad happy as a clam for the wondeful gift. Not only did the owner keep his word on the delivery but he even wished my dad a happy birthday! If thats not five star service I dont know what is. I have never felt more like a satisfied customer than I did at that moment. Thank you so much! Please try this place. Wonderful selection at fair prices and quality customer service.

I love love love this place!!! Everything about this place is perrrrffect! From the wine selections to the staff. I will never shop elsewhere! This place has everything I want and more. The staff are all so well knowledgable on the different wines and their recommendations are superb!

Professional, friendly and knowledgable staff. Always a pleasure to shop here. They have great wine tastings and have bought a couple of bottles on their recomendations. They have everything for everyone in such a diverse neighborhood as Rego Park. If they are out of your favourite tipple, they will go out of their way to get it for you

This liquor store is one of the best ones I’ve ever been to! because the staff, Andreas, Eric and Steve are very very knowledgeable and super kind. ALSO they have great sake as well. I Tenryo Hidahomare Koshu (aged sake) and Otokoyama! They are extremely great! I didn’t like sake before but I’m a big fan now. I definitely recommend TENRYO and OTOKOYAMA!!! Great with sushi and sashimi! I’m gonna drink them this weekend again!

Respectable selection here– much, much better than any of the other liquor stores around. (Most of them have plate-​glass windows separating the buyer from the seller, but this one doesn’t, so that’s nice.)
This has been my default wine store in the area for a year. The guys are always really friendly and helpful, and prices are good!
No, it’s not a fancy and cute place like what you’d find in DUMBO (Blanc and Rouge) or TriBeCa (Maslow 6) or even the FiDi (California Wines). But I saw signs for tastings in here! I haven’t been to one here, but there’s a first time for everything…

This place is awesome. Not only does it have an amazingly wide selection for everything (not just many different types of vodka, but also a lot of varieties of champagne and just about anything else you can think of), but the staff is amazingly helpful!
I came here after recently moving to the neighborhood in search of a champagne. Despite being quite an indecisive shopper, and taking up a lot of time, I was given thorough explanations of the sweetness and dryness of each champagne/​sparkling wine I looked at. I truly appreciated the help and brought home a Barefoot Bubbly that was a great success! It was just the right balance of dryness and just what I wanted, for a great price too. Thanks again to the awesome advice and help, my evening was a success.
Recently I came in asking for a recipe for sangria: again, the guys were super friendly and helpful.
Wide selection + super helpful and friendly staff + wine tastings = best neighborhood liquor store I could ask for.

I have been going to this shop since it opened. Andres & Eric (yes first name basis) run this like a a shop in a small town in Europe. The atmosphere is friendly, the prices are reasonable and they have a wide variety of wines & liquors. A+

Excellent, reliable addition to neighborhood with many hard to find selections like Mead, and serious fruit based wines.
Staff are fluent in English. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, the staff are delighted to see you return on an ongoing basis and see you happy.

Staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly and willing to go the extra mile if there’s something specific you’re after. They care about what they do. So glad they’re a part of Rego Park!

Loving this new liquor store with its super kind ambiance! When it comes down to it, liquor bottles are the same everywhere so when Rego Park Wines & Liquor came into the neighborhood, it was definitely a nice change of pace. Young, fresh, tons of options without being too foo foo. Wide variety and it seems to be growing with new stock all the time.
Simply put, I’ll be stocking up my home bar here.
