They hire delivery people with attitude that like to threaten people for more tip. I really would warn against using them

Whatever you do, do not order for delivery on Sundays. It took over an hour and a half to get breakfast delivered. When it arrived the food was cold and the Orange juice was sour, so sour we did not even drink it. Will never order from here again.

Late review: I used to work around this area and I loved this place . On a cold day nothing else makes me feel better than their hot chocolate. Their service is pretty quick and the workers are nice . They also have awesome natural juices. Their sandwiches are on point. I have had their turkey club sandwich on numerous occasions and it never disappointed me. One of the places in the area to grab a quick breakfast or lunch. Dare I say better than Subway?

I live just a few steps from this place, and sometimes when I’m in a rush or lazy before work I will order some breakfast delivery from here… it arrives literally in minutes. The bagels and lox are delicious, and the fresh juices are great as well. And it is so affordable.

I love their no-nonsense approach. When you ask for an omelette you get an omelette! Now I understand how some people like their home fries on the side but I just want a big omelette on my plate. They also let you choose from their selection of bagels and they do have some interesting options.

I recently discovered this gem after having moved into the neighborhood. It doesn’t look like much from the outside and if you aren’t actively looking for it, you’re likely not to notice it. The inside, is also rather bland. There’s a counter and small seating area with about 10 or so tables that each seat two people. But the menu and it’s prices is what totally won me over. First of all, they have create your own fresh squeezed juices. You select a combination of any three from orange, apples, cucumbers, carrots, and other options. A medium of 20oz is a mere $ 4, and a large of 24oz for $ 5. Good luck finding that in Brooklyn or Manhattan! However, it has recently come to my attention that some of the more healthier greens such as kale and spinach are not available. Some of my other favorites include everything bagel with tofu cream cheese, grilled chicken salad, and an assortment of breakfast sandwiches. Again, the food is great and the prices are incredibly fair. Sometimes when I am on the run, I call ahead and they promptly have my order awaiting.

A true New Yorker needs to have that one neighborhood spot where they can get their bagel fixes and when I moved to this area, finding that place was high on my priority list. I stopped into Rego Bagels, hoping this would become my new breakfast shop and — with some ever-so-slight reservations, I can say that my search is over. A mere block away from the train station yet set back just enough from the noisy hubbub of Queens Boulevard, Rego Bagels is the perfect eatery to duck into before heading out to work or school. There is a fairly decent selection of bagels and cream cheeses flavors. They also scored big, big points with me for having tofu cream cheese available(vegans and strict vegetarians, heads up!). I’m not sure if it was made on site, but it certainly tasted light and fresh enough. As for the bagel itself(and here, the nitpicking New Yorker in me rears her ugly head), I found my bagel to be somewhat inauthentic, if tasty. I ordered an everything bagel and after several bites, found it to be more along the textural lines of a roll. I found myself missing the trademark denseness and chewiness of a good bagel and asked my fiancé to weigh in. After a few thoughtful chews, he agreed, «This is really light… almost fluffy.» Still, we couldn’t bring ourselves to hate on this new riff of a traditional bagel; it has its own thing going and the fact that it’s less than a minute from my apartment is, of course, a personal plus. On this particular visit, I had some time to spare and ended up staying in for my meal. There are a fair amount of seats available in the front end of the restaurant and my fiancé and I were able to enjoy a few quiet moments here before heading out to face the day. At ten in the morning, they weren’t terribly busy and service was extremely prompt. If bagels aren’t your thing, there are also fresh fruit and veggie juices available here and a small pastry selection.

Their service is fast and friendly. I ordered a fresh squeezed oj and pineapple juice. It was so delicious and naturally sweet. Their choices of crème cheese was something I love. Everything I have ordered from there has been good

Since the diner on Junction has been closed for re modeling I took a little stroll to qnzblvd and I spotted Rego bagels on the other side of the blvd. The bagels are pretty fresh and service is quick. Prices seem fair as well. They do not a huge selection on cream cheese spread but that’s ok. I tried the Herb CC and it was tasty.

Pros: cheap and quick service. Plenty of seating. Lots of nice choices(in terms of bagels and cream cheeses, etc.). They also have tofutti cream cheese, which is a plus for non-dairy people. Cons: There is a man who stands behind the register(who I think is the owner) and he is very rude. The handful of times I went in there on busy mornings he was barking orders at his staff. On another occasion, a young man who does deliveries for the place was taking a break, eating at a table. When a customer was looking for a seat(there were no free ones) this same owner yelled at the young man to get up, which I found rude. I stopped going to this place ever since. Also, the coffee is not that great.

FAST delivery, amazing prices, solid coffee, and the food is good! I was a bit skeptical to order an omelette because who knows how it’ll be when it arrives but I sucked it up and ordered the western omelette. It was huge, packed with meat and veggies, not undercooked, and totally hit the spot. It also came with a buttered bagel so for $ 5.99 you could feast like a king from Rego Bagels. There were two iced coffees in my order, one regular, and one I asked for a little bit of ice… and THEYACTUALLYLISTENED! I thought that Seamless request would be a complete washout but there was noticeably less ice in one coffee compared to the other. IT’S THELITTLETHINGS, PEOPLE!

I love their food and fresh juices. Also service is fast and sometimes when I can’t find parking they are kind enough to bring the food out to my car. My favorite is BLT on a roll always fresh and delicious. They also get the orders correct which is a big plus in my book.

I came to know this place because it was on same block as the Dental Office I used to work in. I also found out it used to be called Larisa’s bagels. It’s a bagel shop I have come to trust and really like, mostly because of their amazing veggie tuna(which is hard to find everywhere). I used to eat from here(always to go) everyday at least once a day, furthermore it was my coffee supply, as it was everyone else’s in the office. The owner Arthur is always there, especially in the morning. He is always helpful and friendly. He’s also the only one I trust to make my coffee in that establishment. At a point, he remembered my order and it felt very much like home coming. I don’t go there quite as often due to my change of employment but I do come here every once in a while like I did this morning to get breakfast for me and hubby. I got a mini bagel toasted and scooped(trying to cut down the carbs) with light scallion cream cheese and veggie tuna on a cinnamon raisin bagel, toasted and scooped for my better half. I originally introduced hubby to this place(check out Jack D.). He didn’t like it at first because the staff was being«toot friendly» as I was a consistent customer, but came to terms that this is the best spot in the hood.

Rego bagels is a local neighborhood spot which used to be Larissa“s Bagels, way back when. I got introduced to this spot by none other than the spouse, who used to go here religiously for breakfast when working in a nearby Dental office. So naturally, we have dined here on numerous occasions and I must say, their service and quality of food is impeccable. Arthur, the owner, is always on site and keeps things organized and moving fast. Personal favorites: — veggie omelette with broccoli n mozzarella cheese — vegetable tuna on cinnamon raisin bagel, toasted and scooped out. Grab a coffee too. Have a good breakfast, ppl.

Where do I begin… The bagels are perfect. Not so rough and hard like other places I’ve been to. It had a crisp to its outer and soft and perfect in the inner. I truly enjoyed it. They have many options and I like that they had a light scallion cream cheese, which I got. And my husband got a tuna bagel with lettuce and tomatoes. Everything is noticeably fresh and tuna isn’t runny like other places. It was neat and quick. The service was very friendly and I like that it was affordable. Can’t get any better than that. Quick great service. Awesome food and great prices. Definitely will be a regular here!

Delicious blended and non-blended iced coffees! Great bagels too and on Wednesdays it’s only $ 5.99 for a dozen. Bagels, croissants, muffins and other types of baked pastries are made fresh on the premises daily.
