Mr. Kirk is a standard international, standard latin, american smooth, and american latin judge certified by the National Dance Council of America. He is a member of the New York Society of Teachers of Dancing. He has over 40 years of experience in all kinds of Latin and Ballroom dancing, specializing in Social Dancing.
