Not satisfied at all! DIdn’t fix my suluxated rib because he «doesn’t believe that can happen.» Hello, it’s a fact. It’s happened to me 5 times and my normal chiro always adjusts it. Instead, I suffered. The office doesn’t accept credit cards for co-​pay. I had the lady at the front desk send me a bill for it. Then she couldn’t figure out how to bill my insurance and hassled me for how to do it. I have no clue, I am a patient. THEN, weeks later she calls my husbands corporate headquarters and trashmouths me, saying she cannot figure out how to bill my insurance and that her doctor is getting angry with her and that I haven’t paid my bill, which I had!!! To call someone’s place of employment because you cannot figure out your billing process and SLANDER someone because you are an absolute clueless person, is unacceptable. NEVER again. If I had the doctor’s number, I’d call him and have her fired.
