Dollarwise Mortgage

Joseph help us got the mortgage back in1997. help me apply home equity 2001. Refinance in 2013. I introduce him to my family, he help my brother got the mortgage and Refinance couple year later when he knew the mortgage interest lower. That is how good Joseph Chau is. Highly recommend.

Joseph helped me with my 4^th mortgage loan and I had a much easier time than worked directly with a loan officer at a bank last time. Joe was always available when needed or got back to me within 2 hours after I left him a message. He helped me to deal with all the bank questions and always notified me everytime there was an update from the bank. He was very polite and patient even though my financial solution was a bit complicated.
The rate he provided was very competitive and the closing fee was very low. Every fee was clear and there was no extra charge. (I had experienced that some broker tried to provide low rate but at the end always add point and additional broker fees.)
Overall I am very satisified with Joe’s service and will definitely ask for his help again when I need a new mortgage or refinance.
