Vincent H.
Business Owner
Vincent has 27 years of experience in the construction industry. He started out in residential construction as a summer job in the late 70’s. He spent time in Richmond, VA working in residential construction and as a superintendent doing commercial tenant build-out work in high rise and strip mall buildings. He moved back to the Northern Neck in 1990 and started Ingram Bay Contracting, Inc. in 1993.
