Just moved to the area from south Florida, where you would NEVER find a place like this! A tiny little stop off Main Street with a nostalgic feel. Their dining room is small, but both times we have visited, we were the only ones there, so it felt like we were eating in the owner’s personal kitchen. He is the nicest guy and has loads of info about the area and history of Reeds Spring. Since we live around the block now, we plan to «pop» by now and then for a simple burger or the delicious ice cream! They only take cash and conveniently post updates on Facebook for any unexpected closures or hour changes.

We drive from our home outside Nixa just to grab a burger here. Dale and his staff are the best. Ice cream variants for every palate and the people there take great pride in what they do. The atmosphere is roadside Americana, and Pop’s represents a world where highways were two-​lane, cars were works of art, and it took long enough to drive from Springfield to lake that you might actually need a motel and restaurant. Places decorated with bygone memories like this are few, and worth the short jaunt off the modern highway to visit.

Awesome place great burgers and flavor burst ice cream you’ve gotta try this place out. They are super friendly and helpful! A definite must stop if your in the Branson/​ReedSpring area.
