Established in 2011.

After 25 years in the Pool and Hot Tub business, it was time to open another store. A & L is named after my twin daughters Abbigail and Lillian! What’s more important than the future of our children! What can I say but, above and beyond service! I had an electrical problem and Mark came out right away. He said it could be the motor but let me check something else. Turned out it wasn’t the motor but something much less expensive. He could have replaced the motor and charged me a higher rate, but didn’t. Love that honesty! Also, he reset my timer. I had no idea that the setting was causing my power bill to be so high. Got my bill today and it’s literally half what it was! AND he rewired a line to the fountain so now it works perfectly.
Please believe me when I say, he’s honest, and will do a great job!

I have continued to be impressed with A& L Pool and Spa’s customer service and quick response to issues regarding my pool and spa. They recently fixed my motor and have not had any trouble since. Mark is responsive and thorough. Nice to have a local business you can count on for great service!

I had some major issues with my pool? I have a pool which is a money pit, built in the 60s and I never used. I bought a energy efficient pool pump and looked to have someone install it. I got several quotes and Mark from A @ L Pool won me over. He recommended to return the pool pump and saved me so much money. He did an inspection and saw I wasn’t getting enough voltage to my pump which was causing me an increased PG@E monthly bill and now I have a perfect pump with the right enough pool suction.
I really trust Mark and he was so patient with me. He saved me $ 500. Icahn not recommend him enough.

I’ve never had but stellar service from the store. I started here when we purchased a home with a pool, and needed some «basic supplies» to get it clean and running. Every question I’ve ever had has been answered promptly and with a smile. A nice selection of items as well.
We liked the store so much, we’ve had Mark come out and service the filter and the pump. Both times he gave us a quote that came spot on, and has been thorough with the work.
I’d recommend, (and have) to friends who need pool supplies and want a local service shop that’s friendly, well stocked, and gets the job done.

Bought a new spa thru Costco, hired a licensed electrician, hooked it all up filled it with water, would not work. Called Strong Spas to complain and they set up an appointment for someone to come out a week later. They never showed up! Called again and they said sorry, got a call ½ hour later from A&L Spas and Mark came out same afternoon and figured out the problem. Very happy with the service I got from this company.
