I have been a customer of this place for many years, so I am extremely discussed and disappointed!!! I’m never coming back after finding a cockroach in my food right when I’m about to finish the entire thing. I’m feeling sick to my stomach!!!

I RATE this place ZEROSTARS. This is the worst place I have ever been in. DONTCOMEHERE. My friend and I decided to come here for some Chinese food. I thought it was going to be a good place. We arrived, we order whatever we were going to eat. The one who serves the food was already packing our food to Go. My friend asked me if it was for here or to go. I responded«here.» The lady when she heard me saying here she rolled her eyes. This people don’t know how to keep a business and their customers happy. My friend order a sour soup. He complained that the soup was sweet instead of being sour. He went to talk to the cashier to tell her about the situation. He told the cashier the soup was not sour. The stupid and ignorant cashier asked him«do you wanna buy a new one.» My friend told them no. So he asked if the soup could be exchanged. They said no. My friend didn’t like the soup, I tried it and it was sweet and disgusting. Worst soup I have ever tried. My friend was about to throw the soup away. I told him not to, to go again and ask what can they do about it. My friend was anger so I was. The cashier ignored him all the time, and the soup was never exchanged. We asked who was the manager she ignored it to. Uneducated as people, Why having a business if you ain’t gonna treat your customers the RIGHTWAY? I DONTRECOMMEND this place. DONTWASTEYOURTIMEANDMONEY coming to this place is a WASTEOFTIME. The people in the front was rude they need to get fired. IMNEVERCOMINGBACKTOTHISPLACE.

Ok Orange Chowmein, what else can I say. Not only was it orange, but the noodles were seriously short, strange. The food was plentiful but not really good and left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Also, the overall look of the joint made me feel dirty afterwards.

Cash only! ATM available. Look closely at the food before ordering and beware of what you eat here. I live awfully close to this restaurant and it not the place I would have Chinese food. I could probably understand why people may come here, yet they have never been inside the kitchen before. The kitchen looks unsanitary and the equipment they use to cook does not look its been clean for awhile. I lived at the house next to this place for three years and honestly it was worst, the restaurant at the time had a cockroach problem and it would infest our home as well as the hair saloon too. At the time one of the cooks had his pet parakeet inside the kitchen for some time and nobody questioned it until the cook left or quit. The problem with this place is not the people working there or food, but it cleanliness. Majority of the time table would not be clean or trash canister would fill to the top and people would leave there uneaten food at the table. I honest never had problem with their food, but I always questioned it. I can’t un-see what I saw and that’s why I prefer to stay away from there. If you are going ever eat here, do yourself a favor and be sure to read the health inspection grading and see the review it got. The health notice is posted by the ATM door. You’ll be doing yourself a favor by not getting food poisoning.

I had been here once before and thought of it as pretty similar to Panda Express as far as taste goes. tonight was walking past and thought I’d give them another try. never. ever. again. pretty much all the dishes under the heat lamps were looking like they’d seen better days(and I mean DAYS), but a steaming batch of «generals chicken» arrived so I went with fried rice and the generals chicken. I just wanted one entrée but somehow that became a double serving of one entrée. whatever, it looked hot/fresh and was only a bucks difference. ewwwwwww, the fried rice tasted like wet dog hair and the«chicken» was 90% flour, 8% sugar/honey and about 2% trace of a substance that was likely related to a chicken at some time in the past. the pic attached is what came as the«2 entrée» sized plate, and the entirety of what I just threw in the trash.

This was my first and LAST time at this restaurant. There was a BLACKHAIR in my food!!! I was so Disgusted. I called to let them know how appalled I was by the HAIR and the women over the phone said, «Ok, come back and I will exchange the food.» NO apology or anything! Really? Like I’m going to want some more of there food after I had a HAIR in my plate. UGH!!! At first I was just calling to let them know of about the situation but when she said OK, i’ll exchange it like no worries… That pissed me off. I can care less about the chump change it cost for the food, it is the health issue that concerns me. So just to see what she would say, I asked for my money back. She said, «Bring me the food and let me see the hair and what color it was.» Are you kidding me? She wanted me to drive all the way back there to show her the disgusting hair in the food. She straight told me «I don’t trust you, or believe you.» I said,” OH, you WILL believe me when I call the Health Department on You.” She said, «I don’t care, go ahead.» And hung up on me!!! DONOTEATTHEIRBLAND, WEIRDLOOKING, DISGUSTINGFOOD!!! Take your business somewhere else!!!

The amount of food they give you is really good for the price. The taste of the food is questionable. Their chow mein is an odd color like someone else mentioned in their review. If you only have a couple of dollars and want a lot of food then try them, if you are looking for something good to eat this might not be the place for you.

This is one of my favorite places. I’ve been eating here since 2012. Chowmein, general chicken, brocolli beef and jalapeños wings are my favorites. I recommend this place.

I gave this place a shot not expecting much. Well, it even disappointed my non-existent expectations. The food was very bland. The one star is for the massive portions. Will not be going back to this place!

Jalapeño chicken and they’re siracha sauce. Amazing. They cut the sauce with something I wish I knew what it was.

Not great, but not bad. This place is cheap for the big portions you get but the taste is a little bland and not the finest of ingredients. The Generals Chicken was quite good as well as the Jalapeño Wings. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was pretty nasty with an overly sweet sauce and mushy chicken. The Chow Mein was very plain and almost all noodles without a a sliver of chicken or vegetable in sight. The buffet us made up of the usual Americanized Chinese food groups. Orange chicken, beef and broccoli, generals chicken, mushroom chicken, sweet and sour chicken, pepper beef, kungpao chicken, lemon chicken, BBQ pork ribs, almond chicken and a couple of flavors of chicken wings. Chicken fried rice and chicken chow mein are the only selections as part of your entrée, no salad or vegetable selection. This is a great place to feed your family on the cheap and the Chinese ladies behind the counter speak Spanish, which is a big bonus. I found that the ladies working behind the counter were pleasant and acted politely to every customer as I sat and ate my lunch during their rush hour. I usually get yelled at or rushed when I’m indecisive for more than a second at most if these buffets. There is a $ 10 minimum to use your debit or credit card so if you get a three item combo and a drink you will be a little short. Bring some cash if your eating by yourself, the food isn’t worth the extra money to spend to reach the minimum.

I do not recommend this place at all. Food is piled up 12 «high so they do not have to cook so often but it shows. All 3 items I got was dried out and tasted cheap. Not worth it to me. Not to mention the server seemed really rude.

The food was edible, far from good. The chow mein was a peach colored noodle and didn’t really have much flavor. The fried rice was also tasteless, the rice was dry and lacked any real meat, or stuff in it. I also had the broccoli beef the meat was a sinewy pieces of beef, then sauteed with some oyster sauce. I did like the Jalapeño chicken wings. Another amusing tidbit was that the Chinese ladies behind the steam table, could manage to speak spanish because a majority of the patrons were hispanic. I think most people would be O.K. with this place, its a good value for your money.

Overall I thought US Chinese Food was pretty good. I got the Chow Mein with the Lemon Chicken. The price was very fair and I didn’t even have to wait that long for my food and I went at lunch time. The food tasted fresh but wasn’t nearly as warm/hot that I would have hopped. I wish I would have known though when I went in that they had a Debit/Credit minimum of $ 10 — so be aware of that going in. Also, the parking sucked pretty bad I had to drive around for like 10 minutes just to find parking.

This isnt where you will find chinese food aficionados but real families able to afford furnishing the entire family with tasty anglo-chinese fare. So many latino families eat here that the chinese staff often speak spanish which i think is great. I dont like eating here as it is a little too busy but i stop in twice a week for buffet take out. The queues are always present and so the food has very high turnover and is fresh. The veggies in the beef and chicken dishes are crunchy and lovely. Read some complaints about the lemon chicken but my experience was it contained plenty of chicken compared to Phil’s Treasure Pot in Menlo Park. Not as much chicken as the traditional lemon chicken served as a lightly breaded thin sliced chicken breast and i wasnt mad about the sauce which was more like cheap confectionary than the sharp fresh lemon sauce, i prefer. The orange and general tsos have better sauces. Jalapeño chicken wings are good and DH loves beef with broccoli and almond chicken. I usually get a 3 entrée portion which comes with fried rice or chow mein and that comes to less than $ 7. That portion could last you a couple of meals if you have a moderate appetite. Parking is a bit tight but never been a huge problem.
