Geoff is by far the best tennis coach I have worked with. He is able to explain not only how to hit a shot in a certain way, but why that is the best way to hit it. When it comes to strategy, he clearly explains how to construct the point, and play the best percentage shot. You can tell it comes from a lifetime of playing and enjoying tennis at an incredibly high level.
The Saturday clinics are wonderful as well, and for a great cause! Highly recommended.

Geoff’s clinic is well orchestrated. His patience and teaching style make the clinic fun and educational. Every time I attended his clinic I walk away with another great tip. I look forward to attending his lessons and Geoff takes the time to answer questions and give valuable tips.

I found out about Geoff’s clinic 2 years back. I love it! Due to time constraints I have not been able to visit as often. I visited last Saturdays meetup/​clinic and was amazed to see how good the regulars who visit the clinic have gotten.
The session are very well organized. The drills are a lot of fun. I see players at different levels and Geoff does a great job of making sure everybody gets to learn and play competitively.
Highly recommend visiting his Saturday morning (meetup) clinic.

This program with its coaches is great. The drills and the lessons it has have improved my strokes as well as my brother’s strokes, therefore leading to our improved performance during games. We both joined their summer program and found it helpful and engaging. Currently, my brother is taking lessons with Coach Geoff for his serve and his motion is developing nicely. Tenndeavor is awesome!

You really can’t go wrong w/​Geoff. Former pro, high-​level strokes, but more important, an irrepressibly positive attitude that is infectious. He is never judgmental, turns every lapse into a learning opportunity, and teaches you not just how to do it right, but how to have fun at the game. Unlike some pros, he can take someone at virtually any level and make them better; many teaching pros have a ceiling on the quality of player they can really offer something to. Great with kids and adults. Haven’t worked w/​Scoville, but he seems to share similar characteristics, and he was a serious pro as well, qualifying and playing in the US and French Opens just a few years ago. Few guys of this caliber in the area are available to teach outside of clubs.

This review is long overdue. We’ve wanted to get our kid more into sports, particularly tennis. We found out Tenndeavor from meeting Geoff @ a tennis court and he has been very helpful and keeping us updated with information. In fact, he & Sco even let our kid to try out a clinic and see if it is something my kid would like to do. We attended the free clinic and my kid loved it. They are both very friendly coaches. We would definitely recommend this tennis school to anyone who is interested. Our kid always have a blast and what more could parents ask for. Thanks a mil Tenndeavor. We love you guys!

I really enjoyed hitting with Sco and Geoff this summer. They are both very knowledgeable and accommodating and will always listen and try to help you with your game. We did a lot of hard but helpful drills and games that i feel improved my game a lot this summer.

My teen aged son attended a summer camp recently in the Canada College, Redwood City location.
One has to see these tennis courts, to believe such beauty exists. I mean brand new facility with an incredible view!
My son really enjoyed his tome there.
I cannot add much details about the instruction level, as I haven’t seen it myself.
Still, judging by his lack of criticism — must be excellent !
