I have been to this dealership in the past and came back extremely disappointed. I was back in market and this was the only dealership that had the vehicle I wanted in stock, so I decided to try my luck again with them — and I am glad I did.
Randy is the most professional & courteous salesman I have ever worked with. 10 min conversation on the phone to confirm my color and package choice and by the time I am at the dealership — he already has the car detailed and ready for me parked right at the front –even before we made the deal !
Offer and paperwork was a breeze and we were out of there within a couple of hours. It was almost 8 pm and raining by the time we were done but he still insisted to demo all features of the car while handing over the keys. He takes extreme pride in his work and the product he sells. Randy — you were born to be into Sales ! — does that have something to do with your rhyming last name :) ?
Btw, these guys have some of the best selection of colors and packages on the QX60 in the entire Bay area. I wasn’t able to find the car I wanted in the 500 mile radius except here. Try Randy + Peninsula and you wont be disappointed.

We visited Peninsula Infinity in December 2015 to drop off a car for maintenance. We talked with Robert J. Anderson. He checked the car’s history and although we intended to do a certain service, he told us that some of the things were done the previous year and there was no point to do them at the moment. He went through all the items for the service and explained what has to be done and how often it was recommended. Robert was entirely honest and I am very grateful he checked the history and saved as about $ 400 in services we didn’t have to do. Usually when we go for a service we state the service we came for and they just do it… I would recommend seeing Robert if you go there.
I had to write this review a long time ago. was very busy, but he deserves it!

I have purchased 11 vehicles and all have been in the luxury class. The Infiniti is a great brand and most of the vehicles are competitive with the best cars on the road.
The sales staff are reasonably knowledgable and try to be helpful. This dealership looks good, but two of its sales persons and the sales manager were noticeably below average for the luxury car business.
You may find a apparently fair price here, but I was able to shop with more confidence at another California Infinity dealer and saved two thousand dollars in a head to head comparison.

When it comes to cars and maintenance I am one of those who never feel comfortable. I always think I’m being taken advantage of because I know absolutely nothing about cars. (Paranoid much?!)
When I brought my car in for my way overdue 90k, Mike Fazio was super helpful and explained everything in great details. He made one recommendation after he did a quick check of my car but I didn’t at any pt feel pressured to performing it. I have been to way too many places that make me believe my car with explode to a million pieces if I didn’t take their advice so it was a breath of fresh air for sure!
When my car was acting a bit off, I knew he was the man to call. He was very informative and helped bring my stress level down many notches. He is super knowledgeable and answered all 101 of my questions and concerns. If you own an Infiniti and need some help, he’s your man!

We bought a QX60 from Randy Salzman last month. Such a class act from start to finish. He’s not a pushy salesman and he was genuinely interested in finding the right car for us. I loved that he quickly got us into the car for a test drive and we never felt rushed. He was 100% transparent when it came to negotiating and he even kept our antsy 3 year old busy! Highly recommend working with Randy.

I own a 2005 Infiniti Coupe, purchased as a «used» vehicle with Peninsula Infiniti back in 2009. The customer service I have received before, (then purchased an extended warranty), and present has been stellar! I have had the pleasure to work with Brian Reddy, Michael Fazio, and Alex Lam. Each and everyone of them have went above and beyond my expectations with any need I may have. They never rush, and always take their time explaining to me what is needed to be done, and will offer any incentive that they are able too, to help out. I fully stand behind the dealership and the team members.

What a bunch of crooks! Go elsewhere! Wanted to purchase a all whell drive SUV. I put 1000.00 down to reserve the car until I could complete the deal. After arriving at Penisula I discovered the car was not all wheel drive. So I nixed the deal. 2 months plus I am still waiting for a refund! Hold tight your money and go somewhere else.

Well i decide to take my old review down finally i went back and talk to this person Austin cauthron he helped me out and he talked to his boss they agreed to get my welcome lights after all this mistake and and for the first part misunderstanding they agreed to fixed that and keep a good and happy costumer

I stumbled upon Peninsula Infiniti when I located two certified used vehicles that fit my criteria while scouring the internet. When I arrived without an appointment on a Tuesday after work, Randy Salzman showed me the cars and speedily got me out to test drive them both. He was professional, friendly, respectful of my time and most importantly my desire to just «look» rather than discuss actually buying on that day. At the end of the test drive, he asked me «If I make you an excellent deal will you buy the car today?» My response was no, I need some time to think about it. I told him I would come back this weekend if I was interested. He smiled, shook my hand, and said he hoped to see me again soon. I think I was out of there in an hour.
Sure enough, I came back the following Saturday and was greeted again by Randy who let me drive both cars again. When we returned he explained that he had three other customers he was helping and he handed me off to his associate, Keith Lui. Keith was equally professional, friendly, and respectful of my desire to sit down and discuss purchasing the car that day. Keith worked tirelessly for several hours to negotiate a fair price for the vehicle I purchased, as well as my trade in. I got to drive away in my new car!
I feel very fortunate that I was able to find my dream car at such a professional dealership. I look forward to utilizing Peninsula Infiniti for service/​maintenance of my new vehicle and any repairs I may need in the future and maybe, to purchase my next dream car whenever the time arrises!

I love Peninsula Infiniti… normally, they require an appointment. I dropped in unannounced and they’ve service department is always so so professional and treats their customers like royalty. Nothing like the terrible service at BMW. I can’t imagine going back to BMW when you always have someone trying to help you vs. feeling like you’re begging for help. Love the way you treat your customers. Thank you Ismael for having a great attitude and being so customer service oriented.

Placed on hold 3 times after trying to get my g35 infiniti fixed up for a tahoe July 4^th getaway, 25 minutes total. A young woman who answers the phone obviously doesn’t know how to do her job.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Daniel Dishart helped me through ordering my first car. He answered all my questions directly and didn’t pressure me into ordering more then I wanted. If you are looking to find a car and want an honest car dealer I would recommend going here.

Marvin is the way to go! This review is loooong overdue but I have to write it. I leased my 2015 Infiniti Q50 8 – 9 months ago in this dealership. Salesperson was MARVIN. He was just amazing guy, he helped me out a lot to make right decision. I was thinking between BMW, Mercedes and Infiniti. Dealership really made my decision clear. The approach they have is amazing. Customer satisfaction oriented people. Finance guy was amazing too. They have me unbelievable price and I rolled out with my Brand Sparkling New Infiniti Q50. Thanks a lot and can’t wait to get my next car from you guys again.

This is for an experience I had at Infiniti Redwood several years ago, and while it has been a while, it was without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had so finally felt compelled to share. If I am still smarting three years later, you can imagine how frustrating it was.
At the time I was looking to purchase an EX35 and had called around some of the local bay area dealerships for availability and pricing. I was closest to Infiniti Marin so I went there and discussed pricing and availability and was reasonably happy with what I was being offered but called Redwood city to see if they had the same model at a more competitive price.
I was told that they couldn’t discuss pricing over the phone, but that they could without question beat the price as the highest volume dealer in the region, and to come down. So, I made the hour long drive down and met with the salesperson. He walked me around, showed me a car that had far more options then I had said I wanted, and then quoted me a price that was several thousand dollars over what I had been offered in Marin.
When I complained about the fact that they had wasted my time and lied to me, they offered to sell me the model I wanted (by shipping the car down from Marin), and again at a price that was ~$ 500 more than the original offer. As you can imagine I was pretty upset and asked for the manager. The sales and finance manager both came and basically took a «tough luck» attitude towards me, despite the fact that I shared the story above.
I did raise me voice at one point out of frustration for having wasted my time and being lied to and was told at one point to «get the f*** out of here».
Anyhow, in short, worst service experience of my life. Actually a huge fan of the EX35 I purchased, but now that I’ve moved down to the peninsula get all my service in Marin or in Santa Clara.

Randy was the first (and friendly) face of Peninsula Infiniti. I had been to 3 dealerships and 3 other car salesmen/​women before I got to Infiniti. I test drove Acura’s, BMW’s and Audi’s and none of the dealers had the quality of cars, the right price point or the service that Randy offered me. What I appreciate most about my experience with Randy is that he was patient and educated me about the car’s features. I don’t know a ton about cars but I liked what I learned that day and I liked doing business with Randy. He made it easy for me to make a decision and I’m confident that I walked away with a really great car — a 2014 Infiniti Q50. Furthermore, Randy called me earlier this week to ask if I’m happy with my car and if there’s anything else he can do for me — THAT’S what I call a fantastic customer experience.

I called Peninsula Infinity to find out information about a car that I was interested in the receptionist transfer me to Gary Lui, he paid attention to my questions he didn’t interrupted me he actually listen and after a short talk my husband and I decide to go and check the car out.
We didn’t wait at all when Gary came and introduce himself to us, took us to the car we wanted, we took a test drive, I loved the fact that he didn’t try to impose other cars or options they had at the dealer. I felt pressure free which was one of the turn off in other car buying attempts we had.
We felt very comfortable with Gary he is very knowledgeable and courteous, we decide to take the next step in buying the car, closing the transaction went smoothly and we have a new car now, extremely happy with this experience.

I purchased my Q50S Hybrid here last year. I originally had gone to Neillo in Concord however they were not trying to give me a good deal no matter what. I haggled with them for 5 hours before I ended up walking out. They were texting me and blowing up my phone the next day trying to get me to come back. I went to Peninsula Infiniti in Redwood City and was helped by Randy who before I got there said he would do much better than what Concord was trying to do. After about 3 hours and a test drive I was sold. I was able to get into a Hybrid for 10K Less than what Concord was offering. Not to mention the service is flawless and everybody is friendly and willing to work with you. If I have a question I can call Randy and have it answered. I will always drive down to Redwood City for my Infiniti’s.

This is for a March 14^th 2015 visit.
It was Friday. I needed a rush service and attempted to file an appointment online, but the department was booked throughout the weekend. I called service and the manager Alfred managed to squeeze me the next morning!
Upon arrival I was greeted by the other service manager Bob, who has always friendly and helpful in previous visits. Instead of waiting I grabbed lunch around the corner and by the time I returned, the service was nearly complete.
I wanted to thank the service department at Peninsula Infiniti for helping me out in a pinch.

Our experience at Peninsula Infiniti truly changed our perception of car dealerships and car salesmen. My husband and I postponed our visit to the dealer for months, as we didn’t want to deal with the pressure and stress that comes along with it.
I don’t know if we got the luck of the draw, but we had the best salesperson. Marvin immediatley tended to our needs. We told him what we were looking for, and in seconds pointed out the perfect SUV.
Next was the test drive. He knew so much about the car, and was so enthusiastic about the features, his energy was contagious. What really amazed me was how much he trusted the «Driver Control Assist». For those that don’t know, it is a safety feature in which the car will slow down and even stop if the car in front hits their brakes. He insisted I test it by not stepping on the brakes when I get close to the car in front of me. I hesistated at first, and he kept reassuring me that he totally trusts the functionality. To my surprise it worked, and that is now one of my favorite features on the my SUV.
Okay, now the negotiations begin. To our surprise it was hassle free. He was very clear on the incentives already available, and we got the price we wanted. My husband and I looked at each other, with the «it could not be this easy» look.
So now we are prepared for the dreaded waiting period and anxiety while we wait for our loan approval. Well instead of sitting around trying to entertain our 3 year old, Marvin took us to the vehicle and gave us over an hour tutorial on all the features. Not only that, took us to his computer and set us up for the Infiniti Connect and Infiniti Personal Assistant online, as well as on our iPhones! He showed us how google maps connects to the vehicle, and how we can send data directly to our car!
After that, he said okay finance is ready for you. We walked into the finance manager’s office, he told us our options, took the time to answer all our questions and concerns, signed a few papers, and shook our hands.
Our SUV was delivered to us, full tank of gas, washed and ready to go. Still my husband and I couldn’t believe we just purchased our first new car, and had no stress doing it.
I must say, Peninsula Infiniti, and especially Marvin are not your typical car dealers. They care about the customers, are excited about their vehicles, and go above and beyond to make the car buying experience stress free. I’ve recommended him to all my family and friends.

I leased my G37 in April 2012. My salesman, Samuel Wong was outstanding and judging from all the awards on his desk, I’m not the only one who thinks so. No high pressure techniques used and answered every question that I had. If you are looking for an Infiniti, please go see Samuel.
The Service Department also earns 5 stars from me. My service advisor, Bob Anderson is honest as the day is long. My car is always taken care of and returned to me washed and ready to go. I dropped in this past Saturday because my battery died and wanted to schedule an appointment. He wouldn’t let me leave without having the battery checked out. They determined the battery was defective and replaced it under warranty. They even washed my car for me.
I’ve had many cars and Infiniti service is by far the best!
