Such great service from Jim every time I go in. He takes care of every customer with professionalism. The business also has a good selection of cards and packing material.

I had an Amazon return that had to go back to the merchant in London. The merchant provided DHL shipping docs. I walked into the store, the clerk took the package and issued me a receipt. I was in and out of there in ten seconds. Awesome.

I am normally not a person who would write reviews, I felt this small family run business deserves the kudos for the professional/​personal and the great service every time I go in there.
I have used their services for Packaging, mailing, Notary and Live scanning. They have exceeded my expectations every time I go there. They greet me with my name. I would like the
locals to try this store and support this small biz.

Pack and Mail Express EXCEEDS my expectations for a mailing/​shipping center. I am shocked I had not discovered them sooner. All I can say is NO MORE grouchy USPS stores or super expensive UPS stores. Pack and Mail Express is now my ONE STOP SHOP for ALL my mailing and shipping needs.
I went during lunch hour on a weekday. I was expecting a large crowd and some waiting time but the guy behind the counter is SUPER FAST, EFFICIENT and PROFESSIONAL. His name is Jim (not sure if he is the manager but this guy is on TOP of EVERYTHING!!!) Seriously, he is like a wizard behind the counter. He knows EXACTLY what he is doing and is NOT stubborn or stuck up about it either. Honestly, I was so nervous I was going to mess up international orders that I was starting to have an anxiety attack going on IBS attack (no joke, I even said it out loud in the store in cause of some radical accident). This guy was so considerate to help me mail out international packages and assist me EVERY STEP while also making sure he took care of other customers while I filled out paperwork. NO ONE got left unattended or had to wait anything under a minute. It as happy hopscotching so everyone could get on their way and day. Jim is the mastermind magical mail guru of all :)
He helped find me the best rates for all my shipments. I was expecting it to take 2 weeks for my UK packages and was literally jaw dropped when 3 days later my UK friends said their packages had come. How on earth did they get there that fast with the less expensive shipping option??? I have NO CLUE but whatever it was — I am now dedicated to Pack and Mail Express.
They also sent me emails receipts, shipping and tracking info with $ 1 off coupons for every order shipped out!!! How cool is that?
This is the kind of business you all NEED to support. Life and the hassles of mailing/​shipping just got 100% easier now that I found Pack and Mail Express.
5 stars for GREAT EVERYTHING: Great workers, great help, great services, great prices, great selection of mailing & shipping supplies, great location inside the Sequoia Station Shopping Center (not so great parking but the lot is huge so you will always find something)!!!

Great service! I dropped a package off and told them the wrong shipping time. I figured this out after hours and emailed them. They emailed me back and told me no problem we can change it tomorrow morning. But then — Frank really went above and beyond and called me the next morning to remind me to change the shipping. This was such an important package (very sentimental) and they made sure it was there on time. I go here all the time anyway (shop local!) and always happy with their quick friendly service. This time they really went all out and I was very impressed by their service.

I’ve had a box here since October and have found them to be very friendly, lots of great services, Notary, package holds, etc. Well worth the price for the box as well as mailing things, I can just drop it off and they’ll take it from there. Very trustworthy and personable people. Next to my dog, they are the happiest to see me when I walk in the door. They always say hello to me, use my name, even if they are in the back. When was the last time that happened to you at USPS? Ha.

Needed some documents notarized, was in and out in 10 minutes. $ 10. Can’t beat that!

Synopsis: This place sucks! Do NOT trust them!
Reason for the Synopsis: I needed Live Scan fingerprints done as part of an application. I was given the Live Scan application and a deadline to have it completed. My first mistake was bringing the application (and my money) to these jokers.
I watched the store employee bumble through inputting my data into the fingerprint machine. He obviously had problems before saying: done! I asked: are you sure it is done right? Employee: yes. I explained the deadline I was under and the importance of getting it right. Employee: no problem.
It took the store employee 30 plus minutes to scan my prints. No finger went smoothly. It took numerous repeated attempts on each finger to get a yellow or green result. Not having done this before, I didn’t realize the incompetence. I walked out with the impression that everything was done right and, consequently, that I would get my response from DOJ before the deadline.
Two weeks later, I get a call from the people needing my fingerprint results: my prints were entered incorrectly and can’t be processed by DOJ. They said their fast approaching deadline was firm and I have a few days to figure something out.
I called these clowns, and here is their response: We did everything right. If there was a problem, it was with the employer-​provided application. (…yah, right! The employer uses their applications hundreds of times a year…)
In a panic, I did what I should have done in the first place: I went to a law enforcement entity for my prints. The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office collected my prints in a few minutes. All greens on the first try. Moreover, they had NO PROBLEM inputting my data from the same application! Most importantly, and very fortunate for me, I got my results quickly.
After, I called these scoundrels to talk about what happened. I wanted a refund or store credit. Apparently, my call didn’t get them at a good time. They said they would call me back. They lied. Eventually, I contested the charge with my credit card company. They told the credit card company that they were happy to redo the prints. What!!! Are you crazy??? You knew I needed the print results done by a certain time and had to go elsewhere to get them properly done. Oh wait… of course they knew it… that was their scam!!! It worked, and I am out the money.
I learned an expensive lesson: DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have been wanting to write about this place for a long time. I travel a lot and I need a place to receive my mail and packages. I called around and they are the cheapest mailbox rentals all around. $ 15 a month for small! Unheard of.
I ship all my items from there as well. I found them to be the cheapest. Yes more expensive than the post office, but who wants to go there? I am willing to pay for the service and convenience. The location is also perfect as I shop in the sequoia station. Oh I love that they are always open on Sundays. Given that I travel, the only day I have to do my business is Sunday. This place is open with full service on Sundays. I had to do a notary and a lives an there and was soooo happy to know that they do it.
I love this place and highly recommend it.

I’ve been here several times. I love the convenience of UPS /​FedEx /​USPS all in one place, and the cards and supplies are useful. But it’s really the service that makes it. Every time I’ve been here the people who’ve helped me have been friendly, efficient, and patient (as I ask for prices for all the different modes of transport). The atmosphere is calm and professional, with a mellow friendly undertone.

The closest APC is many miles away, and is always out of supplies (and has lost my shipments!), plus the USPS in RWC is absolutely terrible (starting with the fact that they CLOSE FOR LUNCH every day), so it was a stroke of good fortune that I discovered Pack and Mail Express. Even though the surrounding competition is so bad, these folks still stand out as being a place where I can reliably expect a positive experience from friendly (albeit sometimes wacky) staff.
Some of their merchandise offerings looks like it comes from the 1990s, and it can take a minute longer than I’d prefer to get served sometimes, but they are never understaffed, always courteous (and usually smiling/​laughing/​fun — try to find THAT at a post office), always on point with their service experience. Parking can be a chore, but that’s a review on the awfully-​designed Sequoia Station shopping area.
The things I’ve personally had done at Pack and Mail Express: key cutting; made a few copies; bought stamps; mailed about a hundred packages via a variety of carriers; purchased boxes.
They have a big selection of U.S. postage stamps. They email me tracking numbers. All my stuff has, to date, reached its intended destination (which I can’t totally attribute to P&ME, but it certainly started out well in their handling).
EDITED TO ADD: How did I forget to mention that they are open on Sundays? They are open on Sundays!

Things are done a little haphazardly here. (For example, there have been a couple times where I’ve advised them on how to use their copier, or they cut my fliers lopsided, or they’ve charged me different prices at different times for the same exact print jobs, things like that.) Still, it’s nice to not support a chain printing/​copy shop, and in fact I’ve found my printing jobs end up cheaper here than at the Kinko’s up on Whipple and El Camino.

Ok this guys is friendly but again he will definitely get over on you and he will do this while making small talk with you.
He charged me 4 bucks for media mail that should have been around 2 bucks. I also tried to ship a pen in an envelope and he tried to give me a story about how the envelope will not fit into the «post office machine». Are you kidding me?
I have sent many pens in envelopes from the automatic post office machine and it just sells me a stamp for approx .60 cents. He charged me a bit over 1 buck., not a big deal but he constantly tries to up sell you on first class… I understand hes a small business and needs to make a profit but I suggest you just go straight to the post office or UPS.
Thank god my age has given me the wisdom to see right through people like this. Never again will I go here.

I only give them 1 star because I have to put something here. There should be a category for no star for this business. First of all, they overcharge you, so go down the street to the UPS store. Our package was dropped off in the morning for them to create a shipping label, but the label was not created till 7:30 pm at night, therefore, it didn’t go out the same day. Then the package was held at the store for who knows what reason for 2 days before UPS picked it up. Therefore, my package that was suppose to take 2 days took a week. When I called to complained about this, the manager was VERY, VERY rude, and lied that it was UPS who had it held for 2 days. I called UPS and they confirmed the information on their tracking system. DO NOT USE THEM, unless you want to have your package delayed in reaching its destination. BAD customer service.

I’ve been in here a couple times, and have never had any problems. They sell birthday cards and a few other little knick knacks, they make copies if you need em’ and they also ship out stuff with no hassles. Oh and don’t let me forget, they also make keys here! They are conveniently located next to Jamba Juice, which I frequent often, so I’m a fan of this place.
They also have PMB’s for reasonable rates. I was considering getting one but the only dilemma with their boxes would be that there is no access afterhours to them.

Be aware: they won’t give you a receipt for dropping off pre-​processed UPS packages (zappo’s etc). They will however sell you a receipt for $ 1 per box. Skip this place and go to the UPS store around the block

These guys are nice and friendly, and I’m likely to continue to use their services, due to the lack of alternatives in the area. But the complaint that I have with their productivity is that sometimes it feels like they are not focused on what needs to be done, which compromises the speed of their processing. When it takes someone 30 minutes to scan 3 pages and then another hour to correct mistakes that were made on that simple task, it takes away some credibility. Hopefully they’ll read it and use it as feedback to improve their services.

Tip: If you have your own FedEx account, and you want to ship something internationally, you may want to call them to check if your FedEx or THEIRs FedEx price is cheaper, esp since they ship in volume!
I saved $ 50 just b/​c i went thru them and not my FedEx account!

Are these people nice? Sure. I’ll give them that.
Until they charge you double to what the Post Office would charge you and tell you that shipping costs are up. How about just saying you have a 45% profit margin? I sent the same size package today and got it certified and paid less at the Post Office. Never again will I use them.
But the real reason I’m on here is because they lost my package. I sold something on ebay and sent it with them on June 28^th and was told it was delivered July 1^st. Well it never made it there. So not only did I lose a customer, I lost the sale (had to issue a refund) and my merchandise is gone. I’m out 3 for 3.
To make matters worse, I went in today to talk to the owner about it. I asked if he could look up the shipping address in their system to verify all the information was correct. He said «Sorry, I can’t do that.» Of course they can. It’s called typing on your computer and looking up the record (which I know they keep).
They are lazy, overpriced and cannot be trusted. Only use them if you are desperate.

I really dont see a reason to goto USPS office anymore… At this little store it is a lot easier to park, they are more friendly and make sure to answer all your questions about delivery.
They also offer notary service.
