Olan Mills Portrait Studio

Olan Mills have been around for many years my sons took many pictures with this company and the pictures were worth every dime I still have the photographs and I receive ongoing compliments on the canvas photos. My oldest son is almost 30 years old now. I have a new grandson and I would love to purchase the grow up plan I had when my sons was small for my grandson now the pictures were high quality and you do not find pictures like Olan Mills anymore. You would have to get a professional photographer to come to your home which will cost a lot of money to receive the quality and service I received back then from Olan Mills. It is unfortunate Olan Mills is not around like it use to be… you are truly missed…

Awful ! The lady (girl) was still in training and they put her in the studio alone on a Sunday. NEVER AGAIN. She couldn’t take a decent picture — we left. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

We went to K-​mart to pick up some fishing supplies and as we were entering a fast talking salesman convinced us to take a family picture. 10 bucks for a 9×12 no sitting fee. Sounded good, we scheduled it for the day of my sons 2^nd birthday. On the day of the appointment we show up at 10 and no cigar, no one is there. We wait a bit then go back home. We call k-​mart at 7:15 and the Kmart employee informed us that the photo studio was still closed. We call again at 7:30 and the manager picks up. She was snotty and accused us of lying. She is adamant about the fact that we weren’t even in the system… We told the «manager» we were going to put her on Unilocal and she replied with «you can put me wherever you want to put me» If you go to k-​mart do not get hustled by these charlatans. They refused to refund our money btw… We contacted their corporate headquarters to get our money back. Don’t know what to expect since they obviously employ people with ghetto attitudes who don’t know how to treat customers.
Thanks for ruining our sons birthday pictures Olan Mills. We will be headed to picture people.
UPDATE: Nope Olan Mills Corporate never returned our call and never refunded us our money… WOW!
