Pam «office manager» has no concept of customer service. Backwards policies around changing a form of payment from a credit card to a flex benefits ATM card (would have saved credit card processing fees for their company). But can cancel the credit card and pay with cash (flex ATM is same as cash). Key issue, Pam is confrontational and has no common sense — people like this, in customer facing roles, can easily run businesses into the ground.

The doctor is decent and don’t have any complaints against her. But her receptionists are really something! Couple of times I’ve got some tests done for serious issues, and they keep me waiting for days, never calling back. I’ve had to call back and ask if they received the results. They were negative both times, but it really stresses you out & you’d expect them to call you to let you know they’re received the results!
Once they did a test and missed telling me I had to come in next x days and I couldn’t come after x+1 days. I ended up coming after x+1 days and had to redo the test!
Dr. Ebadi is still my physician, but I know now I need to call daily if I want to know about my labwork!

I hate going to the doctor, so I was very stressed. I was happy to find out Dr. Ebadi is a very friendly and helpful 40-​something blonde-​haired woman with glasses. She asked if I knew what my examination looks like, I said no, so she explained it to me kindly.
Giving 4 stars because I paid $ 110 for 2 vaccinations, but I guess that’s normal in the US. (I’m from Europe).

have been seeing young doctor Ebadi for at least 7 years now. Being a health care professional, i was sometimes entitled and arguementative, and she still didn, t fire me as a pt. Last time I saw her, she stayed open late because I was having a severe crisis. My quality of life is directly connected to her care, and it is possible she saved my life. Desite what you may know about medicine, everything is better when you let her make the decisions and decide the tx. My appreciation and gratitude for her.

Dr. Ebadi is great, she listens and treats her patients with care.

I was a patient of this doctor for several years. On each visit she would spend less than 10 minutes with me UNLESS she was trying to sell me on Botox. then it was all the time I needed. She pushes Botox, Latisse and Biogi face products. She never reviewed her notes to see why I was there. But this was my reason for finally moving on. and that I did. I now have a fabulous primary care doctor… anyway, I was suffering from depression and high anxiety. Dr Ebadi had me go to see a phycologist, be tested and get their recomendation. I did as she requested, for two months. It was suggested that I begin taking meds for anxiety. I did all that Dr Ebadi asked of me and when it came time for meds she refused to help me. The story is much longer than this… but to summarize. she is NOT all about her patients. She is about her agenda. Making money on surperficial fixes and not interested in helping those that are struggling internally.
I will never recommend her to anyone. If you are thinking of using her, I advise you don’t. She will not be there for you when you need your doctor.
I will, however, highly recommend my new primary care docotor. Dr Umesh Sab. He is the most caring and understanding doctor. He does not rush you and he is willing to help in anyway he can. Great personality. Try him. You won’t be sorry… oh and you will see no signs of Botox in his office.

I will never go back to this doctor again. I see previous reviews stating they got next day appointments… note that these reviews are from 2011. I have not been able to get a simple physical because they barely have appointments within a two week time frame. I finally got one for next week and they declined to tell me that I needed to fast before getting blood drawn (first timer so I didn’t know and you’d think they’d mention it).
I took 2 hours off work and sat in rush hour traffic to get my blood drawn just to get there and hear that I cannot take the test. Complete incompetence on Dr. Ebadi’s practice’s part. Now when I call because I need to talk to them about this… they are closed for the day. At 1pm on a weekday. And they’re not open weekends.
Janky practice. Gave them 3 chances and they’ve flubbed every one. Stay away from this place

Was so pleased that Pam was able to get me in right away to see Dr. Ebadi. I wasn’t waiting long before Alicia checked me in. I hate it when I have an appointment with a doctor and end up waiting a half hour to see them. That’s never been the case here for me so far. Dr. Ebadi has never made me feel rushed or failed to listen to my concerns. I hate to review someone on a PAP, but ladies… She is the best! Quick, gentle, & thorough.
Today’s visit was just for a follow up from a car accident I was in a month ago, but they still treated me with the same care and compassion they always do. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
I also would like to add that Dr. Mojgan Ebadi speaks perfect English with hardly any accent at all, if for any reason that may be of concern to you.

she is definetely short and rushed, not the most emotional person but most importantly throws out prescriptions for the complete wrong diagnosis. thats what frustrates me most. had skin condition and spent $ 40 on the visit for her to tell me to buy vaseline. not happy.

I came here for a sealed medical exam. I got a next day appointment. No waiting time and the staff especially Alicia was super nice.
Blood test and vaccination was quick and smooth.
I didn’t have any issues since it was a routine health screening but Dr. Ebadi left a good impression on me.

Dr. Ebadi, has always treated me with utmost respect and caring. She stays on top of new medicines and treatments. She is open to consulting with you on a strategy for curing whatever your ailment might be. Her staff have always been super nice and helpful. Her offices could not be easier to get to as they are on Woodside road here in Redwood city. I would recommend her to any one needing General practice care.

I have been going to Dr. Ebadi’s office for the past five years. We use her services for my wife and daughter as well. Dr. Ebadi is a very pleasant person, knowledgeable, with a strong focus on Patient’s welfare. What i very much appreciate in her approach is that she goes the extra mile to make sure all the required tests are done along with required MRI and Xray work and she does not try to cut corners and just send you out with a few pills. She spends a good chunk of time talking with you and getting to know you … you get to talk about your concerns and issues freely … I really appreciate this that a Dr. still goes out of her way to listen to you and really understand how to align all the pieces required to help you … I strongly recommend Dr. Ebadi as a family Dr.

I just went to see Dr. Ebadi as my regular Dr. was out of town. The ladies that work in the office are all very pleasant. The office is really nice, very modern and clean. Dr. Ebadi was very nice & professional. She listened, asked questions and was again, very nice. I’d definitely go back if my regular Dr. was out of town.

Dr. Ebadi is a terrific physician. Yes, you may catch her at a bad moment, but she is a kind compassionate physician. I’ve been a patient for the last ten years and never had issues. We all want an accurate diagnosis, but sometimes we forget that doctors also humans and can make mistakes. Office staff does not have a high turnover. In fact, her staff has an insurance plan whiz who knows every answer in the book. It certainly helped me when my doctor referral changed provider networks. Please disregard Mrs. S’s review as being an anomaly.

I would not ever go back to this Dr. again. Very rude, rushed, no compassion at all, and there is a very high turnover with her office staff so you can imagine why. I saw her for a condition I had and she could not tell me what it was. Still, she prescribed me something she «thought» might help. The pharmacist asked me what I was using it for and I told and showed him. Even he thought I was prescribed something that was completely wrong. I researched on the internet myself and came to my own conclusion of what I had (and I have no medical background) and brought it to a specialist. The specialist told me that I was right and that it was a text book case that should have been obvious to my Dr.
