This was a pretty dodgy McDonalds. The parking lot was flooded, the line moved slowly, and they had a pretty basic menu, without any of the options available at the larger restaurants. A pretty bare-​bones, clunky McDonalds for when you’re really desperate, I suppose.

Horrible restaurant. Went here for lunch before a CPR training. The dinning area is small and dirty. They messed up my order. This McDonalds looks like it belong in the 1960s.

Like everyone else, I have been to a lot of McDonalds. I have been around the world and been to about 30 states. Hands down this is the worst Mickey D’s I have ever been to. I was the only person in line and it took 5 min just to give my order to the cashier because she was busy talking to her friends. And all I ordered was an ice coffee. On top of that she forgot to make my coffee after I waited 10 minutes. She barely spoke English so I had to repeat myself twice. Seriously? A cashier doesn’t speak English well? Last time I’m going to this place.

my friendly neighborhood mickey dee’s…
it’s a 4 block walk from my house, so i don’t need to worry about driving and parking. they have a drive-​thru window in addition to their small eat-​in dining area. i like to call my visits here my moments of weakness since every so often, i feel like i need to have a vanilla soft serve in a cone. i used to have these a lot when i was a kid, but started cutting them out as i got older (and wider). but every so often, i’ll have a bad day or need for a sugar fix, and i know that i can always stop by to have a one dollar plain, vanilla cone.
customer service is average, sometimes i get someone friendly, sometimes i do not. but they’ve never messed up on my order since it’s just a simple menu item.
so long mc’d, until my next stressful day or sugar craving ice cream day…

I’m NEVER coming back here. Yeah, I was being cheap when I ordered a large Iced Coffee with no ice, but you were being cheap by horribly watering it down.
I would have paid extra for no ice, but I certainly wouldn’t have paid anything had I known it would be tampered with. And I don’t mean just a little watered down… it had the color but absolutely no taste. Yeah, I know what the iced coffee is SUPPOSED to taste like, which is why I freaking ordered it.
The Apple Pie I also ordered was burnt and tasted burnt too.

Tiny, cramped, dirty and disorganized — took at least 3 minutes for someone to take my order at the tiny counter, which was cluttered with crap (I was the only one ordering). Then found out the restroom was «out of order». Never again.

Parking lot is small and location is hard to get in and get out. To Me MC Donald should be big and clean. This place is small and dirty. I feel like this place just want you in and out…
I loved Mcdonald but this place is changing my feeling toward McD. Maybe, I should thank this place for making me feel like I do not want to coming and eating at McD.

I haven’t wrote a review in a while, but I think M.D. needs one now.
They have a promo going now because Jack and others are getting
their customers. I went there this morning and ordered the breakfast
meal with the free coffee .The person toke the order and asked did I want
cream and sugar, I said yes with cream and sugar sub. I don’t know why I
didn’t check the order, last time they forgot my fries. I haven’t been there
in a while. Guess what happened? I know I received the coffee free, they forgot
the cream and sweetener. Now normally, I would not have drove back to get
what was missing but like I said the last time it was my fries. I know the people
don’t make a lot of $$$, but just do your Job so you won’t close up because
a lot of people won’t go back to your establishment. If you look at the reviews
McDonald’s seems to have the worst Ratings for fast food.

errr drive thru was extremely slow and they forgot to give me my drink with my meal. I only realize after I already left and didn’t want to go back just for a stupid soda. They didn’t offer sauce with my McNuggets or ketchup with my fries. Need to be vigilant here –make sure you get your full order correct plus condiments, utensils, napkins, straws, etc. cuz if you don’t they won’t remember. The location is on a very busy part of Woodside Road making it not super accessible to get to if you are coming from the opposite side.

This is one of the worst McDonalds I’ve eaten at. Most recently I came in around 8pm on a Friday night, ordered a BicMac and small fries. I LOVE BigMacs. but this one had a burnt bottom bun, and no onions? It was literally the most awful BigMac I’ve ever eaten. I had to go up and ask for a side of onions. They also screwed up my friends order. Foster City is still my favorite McDonalds.

Mcdonalds is build on speed and Convenience They are really good with their moto of 4 minutes or less for food. The items I usually grab are; Ice Coffe regular medium and sometimes a sausage burrito. If I am starving, I will indulge to a Snack wrap which is stomach filling but will add on the calories. MCD’s is always good when you are on the go, or driving somewhere really far like Modesto, CA..
