SO glad we walked into Mancini’s and met Kami. We were looking to buy our first Tempurpedic bed after discovering them in a Tahoe Cabin rental. I was so glad Kami knew her stuff and started asking us questions. It’s been a long time since we purchased a bed and had no idea that there were so many options when it came to Tempurpedic. We purchased a floor model of what we thought was the same as the bed in Tahoe. After sleeping on it for 4 weeks we knew it wasn’t the bed for us. We called Kami and were told that the floor models were not returnable but that she would see if there was something she could do. She called me back within hours and told us for an extra 100.00 we could exchange our bed for a new one. We ended up getting a firmer mattress. Unfortunately when it arrived it had stains on it. I voiced my concern to Kami that if in a few weeks we decide it’s still not the bed for us, we would have to sell it outright which would be tough selling it as newish with stains. The next day another brand new mattress was delivered. Kami was on top of everything from the start and I am so grateful. It’s been a couple of weeks on the new bed and we are loving sleeping so soundly. Kami, you have a customer for life! We’ll be back for those awesome contour pillows that I can’t stop thinking about and eventually another Tempurpedic for our spare bedroom. I would give 100 stars if I could!

Kami helped make our buying experience effortless. We were in and out in what must have been less than an hour, and got a really great deal on a quality mattress. I never felt any pressure from any of the sales staff and we got tons of goodies thrown in. Definitely recommended!

What an amazing experience I had with Kami today!
I am so pleased with all of Kami’s ‘above and beyond’ energy to see that my 90 year old Dad had a new bed by this evening! He loves his new bed, and my mom and brother agree! Your delivery guys were so very sweet, and made my elderly folks so comfortable with ‘strangers’ in their home. We are now looking at the other beds in the house that could be replaced, because we now know where to go!
So thankful for all the efforts today, I am so grateful and will recommend Mancini Sleepworld and Kimi specifically, every chance I get!

I would thank Greg F for the absolutely outstanding service I received from start to finish. I bought a Beautyrest bed and Greg spent more time trying to fit me to the right bed rather than one based on price. Greg was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to listen and to show me different styles of beds. I am thrilled with the way I was treated by Greg before I bought the bed as well as after the bed was delivered.
I would also like to thank the two delivery men, Daniel and amWilliam for their professionalism as well as the care they took in delivering and setting up the bed.
Overall I found this to be an excellent company with knowledgeable and friendly, no pressure, staff. If I need a good quality bed in the future I will definitely come back here.

We recently bought a mattress from Mancini sleep world and we are very happy with it. There were so many high quality mattresses to choose from. The customer service was great too. We spoke with three sales reps while we were there and all were fantastic. We found they were knowledgeable, personable and didn’t pressure us. We were there for probably over an hour trying to narrow down our options and never felt hurried to make a decision. All of our questions were answered and we ended up with a great mattress. Side note, we got our mattress the day after we bought it and it was free delivery and they took our old mattress which was great.
We had spent the last two weekends looking at sleep train and sears and we are happy we ended up at mancinis!

Purchased our mattress here after dealing with the used car salesman approach over at sleeptrain. Sales man at Mancini’s was knowledgeable polite and not in the sightless bit pushy. Felt empowered to make a knowledgeable choice based off facts and information provided while given space to discuss this with my wife while in the store.
Delivery was rather rushed but effective and the guys were exhausted from the previous deliveries but polite and completed the install and haul away without issue.
End to end good experience.

Kami helped us through the entire process, from the minute we walked through the door to the very end of taking home a new mattress! She is very personable and is extremely knowledgable with each and every brand! She wants what is best for you! We got just that we got the airloom mattress and I have never slept so good! Dave «Breck» hooked us up! We got a great deal, he was so patient and professional. Mancini’s offers all these warranties and they really take care of their customers in my opinion. Also love that they are family owned even though they are so big! I’m really happy about the organic mattress we chose, it’s very comfortable and appreciate that it’s made locally. We bought a great mattress here, the service was excellent and the prices were reasonable. Kami was very helpful and flexible. We originally purchased a king size mattress and after delivery found it was just too big for our room. They happily offered to exchange it for a smaller size and refunded the difference in price. Delivery was next day and we are very satisfied customers. Will definitely return next time we need to buy a bed.

First time reviewer on Unilocal but with the level of attention and quality service (not to mention a great price) I felt compelled to give Kami at Mancini’s Sleepworld a plug.
My original purchase ended up being a bit too firm for my side sleeping ways so I asked to return it for a softer pillow top. Kami was very helpful in helping to facilitate the exchange as well as giving me a great deal on the mattress. The attention to detail and quality customer service I enjoyed would be hard to beat. 5 Stars to the gentlemen who helped my mom get a mattress Monday evening. We walked in and was greeted by him right away. He showed her a variety of mattresses and helped her find the right one. Went to Mancini in Redwood City after visiting 2 other mattress stores. Had a good deal from Sleeptrain but met Victor and he beat all the other prices we looked at. Within 30 minutes walked out with a full California King set and base and sheets for way better deal than Sleeptrain or mattress outlet. I highly recommend Victor in redwood city for any bed needs. I will be back to buy one of their electric recliners from Victor later this month

I love Mancini’s I bought my first there, and when they moved locations I followed them to the new location to buy my couch hide a bed. They had exactly what I was looking for and for a low price, the color I wanted and they had the matching love seat.
I like this place because it doesn’t seem like they work on commission. They talk to you and see what your looking for and they don’t try to push another different object if they don’t have what you are looking for. The manager and this lady were super friendly and have excellent customer service. As I was waiting for the manager to arrive because I he knew what I was looking for. I was offered water, soda and diet soda and taken care of really good.
I gave four stars instead of five because I went on a Thursday night and the only guy there couldn’t help me and he didn’t even try. As you come in to the store it makes a noise and he didn’t here because he was so busy on his cell phone and didn’t realize 2 people had walked in as we explained what we were looking for he looked confused and not really willing to help us like he just wanted it to be 9:00 to go home.
Other than that one visit everything has been awesome and they have the 3 things everyone looks for cheap, convenient and good quality.

This review is way late as we bought our cannon nature’s spa latex haven plush mattress in may. However, I still recall the excellent customer service from Markus V. He also gave me a little deal with all of our purchases. The set up guys were efficient and courteous. I would recommend it for the prices and service.

Had a fantastic experience here today. Kami helped us find a great bed and sofa and really made sure that we were getting what we were looking for. They were all very kind and accommodating too, patient with our 3 kids, and very low pressure approach. Fast delivery and awesome extra perks thrown in too.

I’d been to a few mattress stores the day before, but decided to check out Mancini’s after hearing their radio ad and getting a tip from my new property manager. I was definitely glad I went there. They seem to have the same selection as other stores in the area, but their prices were much more reasonable. I’d already lounged on a few dozen mattresses, so it wasn’t tough to find one that satisfied me. The salesperson was very patient with my while I asked a few too many inane questions and made sure to get me exactly what I wanted/​needed.
The Veteran’s day sale was great, I managed to get the mattress I wanted, originally marked over $ 1000 for less than $ 700. And you can legitimately negotiate about some of the other accessories. I eventually settled on the pillows at a 30% discount and a few other deals. Setting up delivery was a breeze and everything went quite smoothly.
I would definitely recommend checking them out. And of course make sure to check in on Unilocal to get a free mattress protector!
