After serving in the United States Marine Corps, David Pirrone initiated a successful career as a Certified Public Accountant. As a CPA, he worked as an Auditor for Deloitte & Touché, LLP, and later in the tax and legal department at PricewaterhouseCoopers’. Not personally fulfilled with a career strictly as a CPA, David went on to earn a law degree at Santa Clara University. He then started practicing as a personal injury attorney for a San Jose law firm. Since starting his legal career, he has successfully represented numerous clients, and helped them recover millions of dollars for their injuries.

Chris was very helpful and thank for his service. I wish I could get back the possession of my house sooner but unfortunetly the evil tenants has an asshole attorney that representing them. Tenants left a lot of garbage in my house I had to spend $ 2,700 to dump all the garbage and remove the damaged hardwood floor by the tenant stupid dog and the tenants ruined my tile floor.

I have a convoluted situation with my landlord after they failed to sign on paper what they verbally agreed to when recently extending /​modifying a lease.
Feeling somewhat exposed I just gave these guys a call and ended up speaking to David-​he spent a good 20 minutes or so listening to what’s happening, gave me some excellent advice and without a doubt if things escalate, David is who I’ll be calling. Their rates are reasonable and I felt David was pragmatic and straight down the line, so I’d be very confident in retaining them and an awesome outcome.

Just got off the phone with David and was so impressed that I decided to write a review. My son was injured at daycare and we have concerns about the process and what to do about getting the ER bill paid and how to deal with any scarring issues.
David answered the phone immediately and spent fifteen minutes discussing things with me. He was not rushed and was willing to answer every question in detail.

I went today for an in-​person consultation with David. He was busy when we got there but quickly greeted us and brought us back to the office. While he couldn’t take our case (it needs to be brought to a different county), he gave us free advice and it was good advice at that. I appreciated his honesty and demeanor. I’ve never been a big fan of lawyers, but both myself and my husband were genuinely appreciative of his opinions. If I had a case in San Mateo County, I would have hired him in a heartbeat.

I just concluded an initial consultation with David Pirrone. I was so impressed with David’s generosity in dispensing legal advice before we even retained him. We were unfortunate enough a few years ago to evict a tenant due to unpaid rent. I found David Pirrone through searching the web. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but he exceeded all my expectations. The eviction process went very smoothly and without any problems. David was professional, thorough, reassuring, and always available. I was very stressed about the whole thing and didn’t need to be because of his help. A few weeks ago, we had a similar problem. I called Pirrone and Pirrone and spoke with Chris. He, like David, was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions patiently. I then called a week later and spoke with David. He emailed me the forms that I needed and I was able to remove the tenant without having to go through the eviction process. Their advice and help saved me a lot of time, money and stress. I will definitely use them in the future for any other issues that arise and highly recommend them to other landlords in similar positions.

They are incisive advisors about the ramifications of any particular legal action on your legal as well as personal & business situation. In one instance, while they were there to push the button on one legal transaction, they advised me not to go through with it.
