Curtis A.
Business Owner
For over eighteen years, representing clients in civil rights and employment litigation at the pre-trial, trial and appellate levels. Focusing on resolving disputes in a fashion that serves my clients’ best interests. Areas of practice include but are not limited to wrongful termination; discrimination/harassment/retaliation; wage/overtime issues; and employment contract negotiations/enforcement.
I also seek to enforce a variety of plaintiff’s rights relating to laws such as Real Estate (ie wrongful foreclosure cases) and Property disputes, the False Claims Acts (whistle-blowing to government agencies), and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (violation of SEC and related rules).
Fifteen minute consultations given over the phone and in person, and cases taken on a contingency fee or billable hour rate.
