Keith MacDonald – State Farm Insurance Agent

Called office yesterday for information on switching policies to Georgia because I moved. Was told by office staff that Mr McDonald would call me back. He did not. I called to follow up again and office staff said they would check with him and call me back. They left a message and I contacted a State Farm agent in Georgia to assist me. The Georgia agent tried to contact this office for hours to obtain my policy information and still was not sent complete info. The good news is two cars and a life insurance policy cost less than one car coverage in California. Also the California office had been charging me an extra 79.00 a month for health insurance coverage and I am already covered by my health plan.

As good as it get’s is really the key phrase here. When I married, I inherited Keith and team from my husband. He’s been with Keith 20−25+ years. Over the course of the last 10 years, Keith’s office has helped us make the best possible decisions on multiple cars (broken windshields, fender benders, etc.), to our home and umbrella insurance, as well as even nasty experiences with our tenants.
When reading abut how folks have had such negative experiences with their claims, I feel really fortunate to have found a friend in the industry.
I’ve recommended Keith to coworkers and friends and will continue to do so.

Got a quote online and then never received a call from his office. I called them to follow-​up a week later and he wasn’t in, they told me he’d call back. Well… he never did! WTF? Don’t you want to sell insurance, Keith MacDonald?
