I have been there for years now and use it regularly i feel safe and had no experiences with rodents and pests in the last few years, the manager Mike is a good person and has shown compassion towards others, also they value on time payments and loyalty and you are not made to feel isolated or undervalued. i sure would give them a try. tell them Phil sent you. cheers 73s

Michael the manager is very kind and professional. The facility is very clean and safe. They are very flexible and accommodating if you need to relocate your unit, or make a change to your billing or payment schedule.

JJ’s is friendly and professional, from the owner to the office manager. It is much different than the big chain’s like public storage. There is no comparison. The office manager is a great guy and is always willing to help with anything he can. It is clean, safe and reasonable in price. I highly recommend this business.

I like JJ and not because I particularly like storage facilities but because they have flexible hours unlike some of the nazi’s out there who will lock you out of your own stuff!

This independent storage facility seems to care about customer service which is what I was looking for. The site manager tells me that he’s been there for 6 years and he’s only had two rate increases.
Also the building is of sound construction and completely drywalled. This you won’t find at most other chains. Kudo’s to JJ’s. I’m glad to be here.
