Do not use this company! The doll preview looked very different from the pictures I submitted. I did not want to go through with purchasing the product and asked for a refund, which I could request according to their policy. I have been contacting the company for over 2 years, but no luck getting my money back!

has a terrible work product. Terrible customer service. Do not use them — we submitted photos and they look nothing like us. We asked for refund or re-​do and were told No! Do not use this company — product is a ripoff.
