Crystal Janitorial Service

Wow, what a horrible establishment. My eyes about popped out of my head when I actually looked up Crystal and saw how big this company was in relation to the shyty services and customer services we received from this company.
I’m a Board Member of a Homeowners Associates for a Complex in San Jose and let me tell you our contract with Crystal was very short lived. They never completely performed the services in which they where hired for, we constantly had to call and have them resend people out each and every damn week to do what they said they did.
We would cal them and they would tell us the job was finished. We would go and look over everything and our mouths would just drop thinking, what are they talking about! garbage was not picked up, bathrooms would be messy and were left uncleaned, our dumpster area would be just trashed after they would tell us they hauled away items, um HELLO Crystal, the items are still there! We would even take pictures and email them to Crystal and inform them that their people were not doing the job and send someone else but apparently they would just keep sending the same people over and over again. Than when we got our bill at the end of the month they would have the nerve to charge us for multiple services! Please!
Needless to say, we fired Crystal, they lost our business and we will never recommend Crystal to anyone, Associate, Corporation, etc… I don’t care how big of an organization you are, get your shyt together!
