Terrible! Absolutely terrible! The recruiters there are irresponsible, unprofessional, and really do not care about your success in getting the job. When you have an interview and you need to know the details of the interview, they go on vacation and then put the blame on you.

I had the best experience with the staffing agency ever, career resources changed my life to the best, with their professional staff and great connections, thank you so much Cesar and Sue I give you more than 5 stars for all the hard work and the great and amazing and outstanding effort that you are doing for us, thanks again

I’m happy to give Career Resources Personnel Services a positive review. I was a job seeker who had been out of the work force for awhile, but was ready and qualified to return. I hadn’t had success searching on my own. Cesar took the time to find out what I was looking for and was very friendly. I appreciated the skills evaluation they did on me. I felt it gave them a good idea of my skill level. When I heard from them, it was for a really good opportunity. Cesar was able to put me in a full-​time position with an excellent company. It really was what I was looking for.
I’m having a very good experience with Career Resources and feel grateful for the opportunity I am now having because of their connections and hard work. I recommend them for both job seekers and employers.

My experience at Career Resources has been wonderful! I’ve been with them for almost a year now and I can honestly say they are GREAT! They provide you with excellent service and are quick at finding employment. Sue and Cesar had an amazing opportunity lined up for me only two days after I went in to meet with them. All it takes is a call to the agency, a quick meeting, and a couple easy tests which evaluate your skill level.
Career Resources is well connected and has a great group of companies that are always using them to hire temps. They have helped me find two amazing jobs in my short time with them. The first job was perfect for me, considering my major in legal studies, but the company could only offer me part time employment. When I contacted Cesar about possibly looking into other opportunities for me, he was more than willing to help; within the week I had a full time job! The temp job I’m currently at is amazing! I’ve gained a lot of experience working as a temp in different areas and appreciate all the help that was provided by Career Resources.
I couldn’t have been able to gain all the work place knowledge I’ve gained in such a short time if it wasn’t for Career Resources! I have already recommended this agency to some of my friends and will continue to refer others to this agency!

There are some very outdated reviews on here so let me be the first to make a more recent and updated review.
My first impression was rather pitiful. I ended up knocking at the back door since there werent any clear signs. It was just after the lunch hour so I assumed people hadn’t gotten back yet. HOWEVER, they were working just inside and didn’t even bother to say «go around».
So they brought me in, set me up at their extremely outdated Mac computer to run though the tests. Then after Valerie printed them up, asked me like one question and sent me on my way.
Wait a minute. How the heck are you going to place me when you haven’t even talked with me to learn what I’m interested in doing or even what my real skills are?
It was much too long before I got a call. They put me at some decent placements that were only a few days long (which luckily for them was what I was looking for at the time). Once they learned I was a valuable employee I started getting more placements (maybe about 4 total, some were requesting me back). This was all in a period of about 2 months.
However, ANOTHER 2 months went by and I heard NOTHING. I’m pretty sure the recruiter placing me left the company which I had to determine based on her LinkedIn profile when she listed a new company.
So I was able to find a permanent job with another recruiter (California People Search & Pacific Placement) and emailed Career Resources to take me off their payroll. I got an email response that included «why are you quitting?» Excuse me? I’, doing the opposite of quitting. I got my own damn job. Thanks for nothing.

Everyone at Career Resources is so helpful and I appreciate everything they’ve helped me accomplish over the years. I think they’ve been in business over 30 years and have learned the ups and downs of the economy, they take time to hear you out. I’ve been temping with them off and on for about 10 years. You make more temping because they only need you for a brief period, but I have found it’s worth it!

Career Resources is great. I got a phone call from Sue when I replied to a craigslist ad and she had me come in to meet with her the next day. We discussed my career interests and I took a series of tests. She had an interview for me the next week with a great company. They hired me on the spot!
The job was intended to be a temp to perm, however, Sue has been incredibly understanding since they decided not to make it perm.
Career Resources is easy to work for and I would recommend them to my friends!
