Danny was a gem to work with. I had minor damage to the bottom of my car and I wanted it repaired as soon as possible. It was just before Christmas but Danny worked me into the schedule. He even helped me deal with a few additional minor issues and questions without hesitation. The body work is perfect! Great business and excellent service and management.

Kudos to CG&E auto body for taking care of my car so quick. I kind of hit a moving wall as i backed into a parking space… lol…YES…insurance guys get into minor accidents too… Thank you Danny and Juan for taking care of my car!

It has been my pleasure to do business with this family for over 25 years. I met them while managing a fleet of 75 plumbing vans. In caring for the fleet they could not be beat. Always provided high quality work at the most cost effective price. We also always knew that they would do the work quickly and get those work trucks back out making money as soon as possible and when promised.
I’ve used them for all of my personal auto body services more often than I’d like to admit. Every single time they have offered me great prices and returned my car in like new condition.
Besides their work, it makes me happy to do business with such fine and caring human beings. They have always treated me with exceptional care. When I totalled my BMW 328 Convertible in Burlingame, Juan was my first call. He arranged for a tow truck for me and then drove from Menlo Park to Burlingame to get me safely home to Millbrae. It was 7pm and his workday was clearly done but I was upset and he cared about me and treated me like family. Oh, and he and his crew salvaged my sweet Fräulein, returning her to me in beautiful condition.
I consider it a kindness to my friends and acquaintances to recommend CGE to anyone needing their service. Needing body work is never fun and most often stressful. It makes such a difference to be treated with kindness and professionalism in those times. The work and the value could stand alone. The people are a gift and I am grateful for these people and this business.

So my truck was severely damaged, I was referred to this shop by a mechanic. I being a skeptical person asked Juan lots of questions and received very good responses. This led to our great business relationship. He is all business getting the work done on my vehicle in a timely and professional manner. I am impressed, that I have referred him and he has done awesome jobs. I am so pleased.

My Mustang was involved in a hit and run and I needed to get my car repaired. I had never gone through any of this before and was unfamiliar with what I had to do. I had checked a couple of places around my work and I found CG & E Auto body. I spoke with Gustavo, who gave me information about what I had to do and helped me with questions that I had. I found him very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation. He was very hands on, calling and speaking to the insurance, and even after I had left my car in the shop, Gustavo updated me on the repairs of my car and I always knew what was being done. It was refreshing to have such outstanding customer service and were willing to go the extra mile. When the work was finished, it looked perfect. It was as if the damage was never done. They have superior customer service and their work is impeccable. I highly recommend CG & E Auto body.

They did a great job with my Beetle after an accident that damaged the hood. When I saw my car, it literally looked brand new! The staff is incredibly nice. They worked with my insurance and they did all the work which was a relief! They followed each step and updated me regularly.
And they worked very clean, they have cleaned my car inside and out very thoroughly! Thank you Danny and Juan

As an insurance agent my clients rely on me to keep that promise I gave them when they first purchased insurance. So, I always recommend them to go see Juan and his staff at CG&E. I know that they always make my agency look good, by over delivering on their quality & service. Recently one of my good friends took his truck in to CG&E’s new location on Middlefield Rd. but the insurance carrier (Bristol West/​Farmers) did not want to cover the cost for an Original Equipment Quality part. The carriers tried to push CG&E to use a junk yard part instead. Juan, refused to do it and explained that in the long run that used part would fail and create bigger damage in another collision. So, he decided to lose a few dollars and earn another loyal client by paying the difference for the part.
He and CG&E Auto Body did not have to do that, but he did and that goes to show how honest, trustworthy and service oriented he and all his staff is.

I have had the «unfortunate» pleasure of dealing with Juan and the guys at CG&E, quite a few times in the past 2 years. They do fantastic work, and the work is done on time. I highly recommend you check them out, you will not regret it…

This is a family run business. Juan did a great job with the repairs-​they fixed the bumper and hatch on my 2007 Honda Fit. My car was a wreck on the inside too… totally messy. They polished the entire car, detailed the inside, it looks brand new again! They even fixed a part of my carpet that had started to peel back without me even asking or charging me. Juan’s wife and kids are always at the shop helping out. It is a totally great experience. I highly recommend that you use them.
