Alv Construction

We have used Alex for two other projects since our Basement project:
— Opening of door between kitchen and dining room. Basically opened it from a regular door size to a large entrance. It turned out beautiful and within the time frame and budget projected.
— Kitchen under cabinet lightening and glass tile work. Another stellar job from Alex.

I’ve used ALV Construction for 2 projects. The first was the construction needed to bring our building up to code for condo conversion, and then later to do a kitchen and bathroom remodel for my unit.
Alex and his team are amazing. Trustworthy, professional, hard working, consistent, and do amazing work at a fair price.
They made a very stressful situation for us very easy. Alex was always responsive when I called, answered all my questions and made adjustments to the projects as needed. He was flexible in his approach, and extremely accommodating.
I highly recommend ALV construction, and my only reservation about highly recommending them is that they may not be as available for my next project. However, they are certainly worth the wait.
