We are the Bay Area’s leader in one-​on-​one test preparation. Our program gives students the tools and confidence necessary to succeed on the SAT, PSAT, SAT subject tests, ACT, and high school entrance exams. We also offer individualized academic tutoring in most academic subjects, including math, science, English, history, and foreign languages through the AP level.

We specialize in adapting our approach to fit different learning styles. Our 1-​on-​1 tutoring is the most efficient and effective way to improve your score, while our small group SAT classes provide students with a positive, dynamic and collaborative learning environment that fits your budget.

History

Established in 2005.

The leader in 1-​on-​1 test prep and academic tutoring in the Bay Area, AJ Tutoring provides efficient and customized tutoring plans for students preparing for the PSAT, SAT, ACT, SAT subject tests, and academic subjects. With seven locations in the Bay Area, AJ Tutoring works with students from high schools from Marin to San Jose. Many of our students who come to our Woodside office attend Woodside Priory, Menlo School, and Sacred Heart Prep. We work with many students from the Hillborough and San Mateo areas.
