Wells Fargo Bank

I just can’t find the words to describe how happy I’m every time Nicole Houghtaling is helping me! She is very knowledgeable, amazing, patient and carrying!!! The best store manager ever!!!

I originally opened my account in wilmington but i work down the street from this one. I often find my self in the Redondo beach branch. I have never had to wait in line and when i do have to wait its not even a five minute wait. Im always greeted when i walk in. Now about my accounts ive had problems in the past with B of A & Wells Fargo has helped me out so much. I really do trust them. They are very good with making sure you understand everything if your unsure. They take the time you need when needed and know your time is valuable when your in a rush. As a working mom of three I truly appreciate that. I will continue to bank here even if it means a 30min drive on my days off sometimes. Well worth it

As a Wells Fargo customer since the early 1990’s I am very critical of the service I receive at any Wells Fargo branch. I am fully aware so should Well Fargo that without the customer it is impossible for Wells Fargo to exist. As a customer I never forget those mortgages, car loans and personal loans that the bank issues are our money.
I was leaving an amazing surf session in Rancho Palos Verdes and wanted to take some money out of the ATM before heading to Target. I got caught up in the nonsense of the breach at Target and will never again use my card there. As I was driving I spotted this Wells Fargo branch. As I passed it I observed an ATM in front of the store and what looked like a rear parking lot. I drove around the block and was pleasantly surprised to find a large, empty parking lot and an additional ATM located in the back of the branch. This Wells Fargo branch even offers drive-​thru service.
I was able to accomplish all of my needs at this branch. Before I left the parking lot I walked inside to deposit some checks with the cashier and noticed you can either gain access to this branch from the front or the back.
While inside of the branch I was approached by several Wells Fargo employees who offered me water and asked if there was any way they could assist me. While at the cashier window I was offered water again and was even offered candy, hahaha.
If and when I back in the area and need to make a pit-​stop at a Wells Fargo branch I would definitely come back here.

I go to this branch pretty frequently (at least once a week) because I work close by. The people here are not only very friendly and personable, but they’re professional and efficient! The previous review was dated almost 2 years ago, so I thought it was time for an update. It’s very possible that the staff has changed since the last review, considering I have had no problems :)

I had to go in for a bank fraud issue and found Abe Abrica to be smart, calm, professional and HELPFUL. He was persistent in working with the online department and always was considerate of my time. I recommend him for anyone who needs a cool head to sort through any banking issues.

Have to agree with Fi, this branch has made me not want to use Wells Fargo anymore. The people employed here cannot ever help me or answer any questions I have. I have 3 accounts including my business account, and am very disappointed that the person sitting the the «business account» area is getting paid for nothing, or rather, getting paid to give me a number for someone who never answers. The tellers are rude, slow and have tried to charge for cashing checks also. The only two employees who knew ANYTHING have now left and I am considering taking my money elsewhere, somewhere where I can have my questions answered instead of just deflected. I’m not sure who does the hiring for this branch, they seem to not care whatsoever.
