Valor Christian Academy

The teachers at the preschool are absolutely amazing! Ms. Linda potty trained my son in less than 1 week after he started, she taught him structure, napping without pacifier and much more. The Director Ms. Valerie accommodated every request that we had. It’s been a wonderful experience for our 3 year old son. Unfortunately, we had to move to South OC due to a job change. I highly recommend Valor Christian Academy’s preschool program! It has added a great value to our son’s learning and growing process.

A review for the infant/​toddler rooms:
As a teacher myself (at a different private school), I was quite picky in choosing the right infant/​toddler program for my then five-​month-​old son. I toured about ten different schools in the South Bay, and Valor was quite clearly the most impressive school I saw.
First and foremost, the teachers are exceptional: they are so loving with the children, and they also do a terrific job with teaching even the youngest children important skills and habits, which are clearly preparing my son to be resilient, kind, curious, and academically strong.
Additionally, the teachers provide warm, loving support to the parents: when I ask for tips or ideas about parenting, they always provide thoughtful ideas. And they supported us in those early days when we found it so hard to leave our little baby at school for the first time!
It’s notable, too, that at one point we had to leave Valor in order to send our son to another school that was more conveniently located… and then we ended up coming back to Valor a month later because we missed it! We love it here, and we’re so grateful to Valor’s outstanding teachers for helping to educate our son.
Our son has now been at Valor for almost a year, and he has been in both the infant room and toddler room, and we couldn’t imagine a better place!
