Based out of the back of Catalina Liquor, The Standing Room is the formation of years of hard work in kitchens across California. We are proud to bring our knowledge and passion to Redondo Beach since January 2011.

Thomas K.
Business Owner
Working in kitchens since graduating from college, Thomas has driven himself to constantly inprove upon his skills and knowledge. Trained as a sushi chef, Thomas brings the attention to detail and focus on quality and flavors to The Standing Room menu. Working with many accomplished chefs and having the priviledge to learn from chefs such as Jin Suzuki, Roy Yamaguchi and Lorin Watada.
