South Bay Fit Body Boot Camp

South Bay Boot Camp is the best thing that has come into my life this year, other than my amazing fiancé. We are both in the program and LOVE the morning workouts. It’s a short, fast-​paced, ALWAYS new and fun workout — AND overlooks those gorgeous Pacific Ocean morning sunrises. I love working out with Lars — he is a professional who is very knowledgeable about the exercises and how it impacts your body. I feel safe knowing that he is watching over my moves to make sure I don’t hurt myself, and that I’m getting as much out of each exercise as possible.
The best part? Within 4 workout sessions I am already seeing results. I haven’t been this fit in years! Arm, shoulders and ab definition is starting to emerge and it’s only been a few weeks! These workouts target specific muscle areas and I can really feel them engaging with each round.
The second best part is waking up, knocking out these fun workouts on the beach, and then feeling energized and ready for the day. As I walk into the office, I know that I’ve put in my workout for the day, and it feels great knowing my afternoon is open and clear.
