Smoke Zone & Heavy Hitter

This place is awesome! Besides great customer service by it’s owner Mike, this place has a huge selection of smoking supplies and their prices are great! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I still can’t compare it to any other smoke shop in the area. Heavy Hitter is definitely #1.

Worst smoke shop on earth. Sold me a counterfeit Sharpstone and after I realized it, I came back to get my money back. The owner would not speak to me personally and instead had the employees deal with me.
There was no refund sign clearly posted at the register. When asked about the refund sign the employee pointed to the upper right hand corner of the ceiling behind some plastic case. You couldn’t clearly see the full sign.
California states law states the sign must be in front of the store when you walk in or in front of the registers, where it is clearly visible. Once I called them out about the sign they moved the sign in front of the register but still have not been refunded.
I would never recommend this place even if it was the last shop on Earth. Sells counterfeit items and not a trustworthy place.

Nice place, lots of stuff, Mike behind the counter is knowledgeable & friendly and the prices are reasonable. I don’t normally give places like these five stars, because I don’t go into them as much as when I smoked cigs, but this place I like a lot!

Be Carefull prices change daily! I went in like i try to once a month. i decided i was going to buy bulk, but the owner was no there and they tried ripping me. so just bought single packs, but felt very weird about the purchase.

What a great group of people that work in and run this store! They carry discounted cigarettes and tobacco & smoking supplies. I went in to purchase an industrial ash tray or cigarette urn for my office I walked out with $ 100.00 worth of stuff and an even better attitude than I walked in with which we all know rarely EVER happens! They have a hilarious quarter machine which is a bit of a gamble but I won btw :) and everything I got was way below regular retail price as I know it! Highly advised to visit this spot!
