Fairly decent customer service the inventory very impressive although the owner did not greet me right away he did you eventually gift me a small stone. Seemed a bit distant yet clearly very knowledgeable. Good vibe and well organzied. Clearly marked prices. Pleasant visit

The gorgeous stones, great prices and ideal location are what the three stars are made of. The two rude oddballs «working» here are the reason that I can’t give 5 stars. I’ve given them years to improve and alas nothing has changed. The guy with the ponytail is so rude that when he is in there I turn around and walk out — most often making the trip to Soothe Your Soul in Hermosa instead. He has been rude to me, my mother and even my friend — telling her that she didn’t look like she could afford to buy something. The girl that looks like she is high 24 – 7 is rude too — she just stares off into space like there’s something REALLY interesting up there. Makes me wonder what they are getting paid for. It sucks though because I’ve met the owner and she is super amazing. I’ll continue to buy my stones from here but hopefully no one else runs into this rude-​epidemic. So keep in mind — if you see a man in here «working» you might want to leave, or don’t expect a warm welcoming.

I absolutely love this store. The energy is wonderful, the staff helpful and kind, the crystals and statues gorgeous, and the garden is absolutely magnificent. Sometimes I simply go to relax and breath which is always welcomed with a warm smile.

This place is amazing! Everything is so beautiful and I get overwhelmed by the beauty and healing energies of the crystals every time I come here. I got to meet the owner today, she has such warm, peaceful and welcoming vibe. I love Sacred Stones Gallery!

I really love this place. The energy is always very good, and the people are very from. Come on in, take a look at the crystals and stones and religious and spiritual objects from all over the world. Very very cool!

I went yesterday to purchase pyrite (fools gold) for a retiree as a gift. They had 3 pieces and I wanted to ask a few questions before the purchase. I picked up several pieces to examine and looked around to see who I could talk with. Apparently they were having a lesson on the miracles of magical crystals and stones. I milled around for 5 to 10 minutes and no one even inquired as to what I was looking for. I suppose if you are into New Age religions, this is just fantastic. If you are looking to purchase, these people are useless.
I never spoke to anyone. I could not determine who works there and who were the foolish awe-​struck listeners. I never purchased any item. I will not support this business.

Sacred Stone is absolutely one of my favorite places. I have no idea how another reviewer could possibly been down on their customer service. Ann and Gustav are members of my family since I’ve discovered Sacred Stone. Their array of stones, singing bowls and gorgeous specimens are outstanding. It is a place I go to feel happy. I love giving their stones as gifts. They offer special guest Chakra readings and more. It is truly a special place.

THE WORST customer service. I feel like I «rescued» a quartz crystal from that place by purchasing it, although nothing was truly worth the additional cost in rude and weird behavior by the clerk. I will NEVER go back.

Sacred Stone Gallery has a multitude of unusual stones, sculptures, singing bowls, paraphernalia that may make wonderful gifts for a special person. The staff is helpful, kind and the whole place, including their small garden, is filled with positive energy. If you feel like relaxing and becoming more peaceful, just visit the store and walk around, it has a calming effect. This is where I go, if I need to get a gift and don’t have ideas what to get. The store has some stones that are given to kids, so it is a kids friendly environment where they can explore and learn about different rocks.

This place is beautiful and full of wonderful energy, crystals and people who are super great! I shop here all the time for crystals for myself or gifts for friends. I especially love the large geodes and bought a large amethyst geode here when I graduated with my masters degree. It is one of those special places in the world! Thank you for having an amazing shop!

I had higher hopes when I finally ventured to this store, but unfortunately left feeling kind of disappointed. Maybe I’m used to a more welcoming atmosphere, and warmer staff. You know, like people who say «hello» and maybe smile, or acknowledge that you have taken the time to visit their store.
The amount of large crystals, spheres, sculptures and geodes is wonderful to the eye, and for cleansing mind, body & soul, but they also take up a lot of space and this location is on the small side, albeit clean. There is a pretty good sized collection of smaller stones, and some were those that I have not been able to find in other local stores. These are reasonably priced, and of good quality.
The larger pieces, of course, are highly expensive due to their quality, size and rarity, and obviously the focus of the owner (hence the store’s name!). I didn’t look carefully at the jewelry, but the pieces displayed in the many cases looked great, and of the few price tags I could see, looked to be on the pricey side. Overall, I’m not surprised by the prices, as I would imagine a lease in Riveria village isn’t cheap.
Metered parking is available on the street and in a nearby lot, but one quarter will get your 30 mins, instead of 12 like some other places.
Okay shop to visit if you’re a look-​y loo, but it didn’t leave me feeling warm and fuzzy.

I really love the soothing and calming energy of this store. They truly have one of a kind stone statues and natural crystals. There must be over 300 very large and very rare crystals, geodes, and stones. They also have (for sale) hundreds of various stones with brief card descriptions about each stone. They also have great individually made natural stone or crystal jewelry. Prices can range in the thousands for huge crystal balls to few dollars for small palm stones.
The smaller carry stones are very reasonable for the quality and size and rarity of the stones. Compared to Ebay, these stones are much better and are priced the same if not better. I think the owner hand picks the lot of smaller stones he sells.
Considering how rare and hard it is to transport some of the larger structures, these Large crystal prices are also very reasonable. What is funny about art is that comon painting and sculptures in art galleries cost thousands to hundred of thousands of dollars. Even the lithograpic copies which can be reproduced millions of times often sell for hundreds of dollars. Meanwhile many of these extremely rare natural crystal «sculptures» from the earth sell for 1/10,000 of the price. How can you reproduce a 3 foot dark purple Amethyst Geode (unless you have 100,000 years and another second earth)?
Check ou tthis store if you are in the neighborhood. Or make a special trip to see the «sculptures» from nature.

Looking from the outside in may seem somewhat intimidating but once you walk through those doors you’ll find yourself catapulted into another dimension. All those crystals, stones, statues and Shiva Lingums somehow recharge our human batteries. So many beautiful and incredible things to look at and touch. There are smaller affordable pocket size stones to more outstanding pieces. All stones and crystals have a meaning and serve a purpose. Figuring that these things have been on earth way longer than we have, you begin to understand that it’s not just a rock.
The garden in the back is very healing. Spend a few minutes out there and a wash of peace comes over you. Sometimes there are folks practicing healing modalities in the garden. It can be anything from Pranic Healing to Angel Card readings.
All this aside, what really makes this place a sanctuary is the grace of those who take guardianship over it. No matter who is at the helm that day, you will always be greeted with a smile and welcomed.
