I was very disappointed with Pritzkat & Johnson. I asked them to design a remodel for my home. After we received the first set of drawings, we asked for some changes. We were told they would get back to us in 2 weeks. After 2 months, I sent them an email and asked if they were continuing to work with us. I was assured that they would get back to us the following week. After another month of not hearing anything, we decided to cut ties with them.

They designed a beautiful new home, got us through the Palos Verdes Estates Art Jury, and achieved 5 – 0 unanimous approval with the Planning Commission on our project. I highly recommend Miles Pritzkat and Keith Johnson if you are looking to remodel your existing home or build a new home on the PV Peninsula and the South Bay area.
