Established in 2005.

Established in 2005, Karina Richland, M.A. is the Founder of PRIDE Learning Centers. Currently there are four PRIDE Learning Centers in Los Angeles and Orange County, that Karina operates and owns.

Business Owner

Karina has an extensive background in working with students of all ages and various learning modalities. She is Orton-​Gillingham Certified and has spent many years researching learning differences and differentiated teaching practices. As the mother of a child with learning disabilities, Karina had a very focused goal in mind when she put together her first PRIDE Learning Center. She wanted a warm and nurturing, yet structured and effective program to help remediate students that were struggling in school. Her vision and hard work is paying off. PRIDE Learning Centers is growing and becoming more successful every day. Karina will continue to expand the company and further manage its success. In addition to her work, Karina loves practicing yoga, hiking, being in nature, and spending time with her husband and two children.
