I understand why people complain about this place but quite frankly the reason is that these people are busy and they’re blunt. I have had 3 different motorcycle policies with them and every conversation has been straight to the point and efficient. They have great rates and have never let me down! Jack is the gentleman that has always taken care of me and even though it sounds like he’s destroying his keyboard everything we talk, he always gets me squared away.

Wow, just read some of the reviews for this office and I’ve had the complete opposite experience. I’ve been a client since 2003 when I bought a motorcycle and searched all over for a reasonably priced policy. Over the years I’ve moved my auto and home policies here as well. Granted, I’ve had very little need for service (claims) but overall my questions have been answered quickly and intelligently. I deal mostly with Jack and he seems to be on it. I’ve recommended this office to others and am comfortable doing the same going forward.

These people are so unorganized and deceitful. State Farm is not the problem; simply put, this office needs to be investigated for fraud, waste, and abuse.

Just like another review on this Insurance Office… I too have been a customer for over 10 years. Janet, the gal who USED TO WORK HERE WAS AWESOME.
The people that run the show now are RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. With Janet (the lady that used to run the show until she retired), I used to be able to come in, sit, chat and then get what I needed quickly and easily. I once commented to Janet, «thank you for helping me on such short notice.» Janet replied, «No worries. That is our job.»
With these new people running the show, it borders evil. Last time I went in to ask for a document, these were there EXACT words, «By the way, don’t expect to come in here and get what you need. We don’t work like that. Don’t just trounce in and expect same day service. You need to call us. Got it?»
In my mind I was like, «OMG.» I played nice because I needed something from them.
How I would have handled it, «Hi. You have been a client for over xxx years and we love that. Sometimes we get short staffed and have difficulty processing requests the same day. Is it possible to give us a few days notice?» (that is how I would have said it.).
RUN FROM THIS AGENCY. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS AGENCY.
IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE ZEROS I WOULD. Absolutely horrible. Once my current policy is up I will transfer to a different agency. As a matter of fact, I have already contacted a different State Farm agency and have begun the paperwork so when the ‘date arrives’ to renew, I can tell this agency what I really think.

I’m raising the review to 3 stars from my previous 1 star review. It took nearly a year but they did ultimately fix the issues we were having. They should probably rate as 2 ½ stars.
I’ve been a customer here for over 10 years. The office used to be managed by a woman named Janet who was awesome and could handle any issue or problem and get back to you in two hours with a solid intelligent answer. Janet is gone (dammit Janet) and the office has become a nightmare. I’m getting all sorts of weird bills from State Farm. I called the office (for the third time now) to find out what’s going on and I all I get are hems and haws, and «gee I don’t know», etc. Recently I was overcharged a huge amount due to an error on their part in adding a new driver to my policy. Even though they acknowledged the error was on their end, they admitted they didn’t know how to fix it and actually tried to convince me to just pay the hundreds of extra dollars because they didn’t want to have to deal with straightening it out. Once you sign with this agent you are stuck; it’s very hard to get their «permission» to move to another agent. So just don’t do it!
