Stopped in to get my tire plugged from a nail hole. The gentleman fixed it in 10 minutes. Went inside to pay and the kind woman Jaime said that there is «no charge». Wow!!! Really? I asked if I could give the nice gentleman a tip for his work and Jaime responded «sure» I gave him $ 10.00 for his efforts. What a refreshing way of treating a potential future customer. I will take my vehicle there going further for any service!!!

This is the most reliable and friendly automotive repair shop in Redondo. I have taken my BMW there several times for service and routine service. The customer service from Jamie is above and beyond! The mechanics Keith and Pauly are superb. Knowing that this is a family business, I will continue to be a customer. Not only are they knowledgable, they honor my warranty from BMW. It was my first time to Osborn’s and not only will I be back — I’ve already recommended them to 2 friends! Extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable, they took the time to explain my problem and options. The minute I walked in, I was greeted by Jaime (the best!) then Scott came out to talk to me.

There was some miscommunication but it’s been sorted out and I believe that have a very good work ethic but on the pricey side for me.

Update: got a call from the owner and he was very good about addressing my concerns. We talked about the things that went wrong with my service, including errors on my inspection report that led to miscommunication about the problems with my car. Also, he apologized for any lack of communication surrounding these issues. He says they are working very hard on customer satisfaction and are honest with their recommendations for service. He discusses these cases with his employees and is trying to prevent these things from happening again. I believe he cares greatly about his shop and wants his customers to be happy with their service. Although there were mistakes made, I really appreciate the efforts to fix them.

I’ve been going to Osborn Automotive for years. I keep coming back for the consistently high quality of their work and customer service. Whether I need routine maintenance or have a problem, they are my «go to.»

I’m glad I spotted Osborn’s as I was driving home from work, thinking about how low my brakes were getting. I went in just to see if this would be a good place. Right from the beginning, Jamie’s professional attitude put me at ease. She was very organized about explaining my options and getting two quotes to me in a timely manner. And she made it very easy to arrange the service around my work schedule. It was also great chatting with Scott. On a personal and professional level, this is the kind of place I like to do business with. I would recommend Osborn’s to anyone in the area.

Osborn’s has been great. Super helpful in getting my old BMW back in driving condition. Plus they wash your car and give you travel size wet naps, a must for anyone with a kid.

Best experience I’ve had at an automotive shop! I’m new to the area and wanted to have my car inspected and serviced. They send you a report of recommended work to be done with photos of the problem areas. Being a girl the photos helped me understand the ware and tear my car had been through. They were upfront with fees and didn’t overcharge me for parts or labor. They also have a smart car/​shuttle service where they can drop you off while your car is being worked on and then pick you up when they’re done which is convenient. They even cleaned up the exterior of my car a bit. I’m definitely going back!

I cannot say enough good things about Osborn’s Automotive. I visited the shop after the Ford dealership quoted a ridiculous price to replace the screws in my skid pad. When I arrived at Osborn’s I had to opportunity to meet Mr. Osborn himself at the front desk. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect my car himself and brought me into the bay to show me the missing parts on my car and explained in detail how it would effect my car in the future.
The thing I appreciated most was that Mr. Osborn and his technician did not try to over complicate what turned out to be a common, rather simple situation. The work performed was fast and efficient. This place is also very cost effective, for $ 50 you receive an oil change, brake and tire inspection.
I will definitely be returning to Osborn’s for all of my future car repairs.

With Osborn… I had a issue with my fuel pump my truck died on me I took It to Osborne’s there specialist diagnose my truck found that the problem was not the fuel pump but the the electrical panel and wiring which controls the fuel pump. there team fix my truck quick and fast .I had my truck in no time… I’m glad Osborne’s automotive is just a block away from my home and there work is always the best quality …

I only take my car to Osborn’s Automotive. I have found that they have the expertise of a delearship but NOT the hassels and waiting times of one. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The only downfall unfortunately is that their prices are the same as a delearship.
Nevertheless, I reccommend you taking your car there if you want to have your car fixed the first time.

Based on other strong reviews, I took my car here for extensive maintenance updates this week. The customer service is excellent, timely, and professional. I’m confident that the maintenance they performed was also excellent and honest.
I will definitely take my car here in the future.

Scott Osborn reached out to me to try to make amends. I greatly appreciate his effort. It’s definitely not something most business owners do. He really is a local guy who’s trying his absolute best to run a quality automotive repair business. If you have any issues while you’re being served there, I’d ask for him directly. I think he will certainly try his best to do what he can to provide good service.

If I was the owner I wont let someone like that be in my store because the front desk girl is giving bad customer service to new customer. She doesnt even know whats happening and she will just snap at someone like that. I hope your business is going good even if you have that kind of person in it.

After having met with the owner of Osborn’s, I definitely feel the need to update my review. Scott Osborn reached out to me and asked to have a meeting to rectify everything. I was very impressed by his gesture and initiative. I think a lot of owners would just write-​off anyone who criticizes their business.
We discussed my last work order. I told him that it seemed some of the work I received was unnecessary and way overpriced. While he agreed that some of the prices were indeed, a little high, he also assured me that they were not trying to run a scam. He said that he had complete confidence in his mechanics. He also said that Osborn’s is making some changes with regards to how they conduct business.
After having our meeting, I have concluded that Scott is a genuine guy and an honest, hard-​working business owner. If I only had to deal with him, I would surely return as a customer. The only reason why I might not return is the manager. While some people may appreciate her direct, no-​nonsense approach, for me personally, I don’t think our personalities mesh well.
Give Osborn’s a try and decide for yourself. They have always done a great job with my vehicles and Scott says that they are dropping their prices to become more competitive.

Very expensive and always finds something wrong other than what you are there for. This has happened one too many times… won’t ever be going back. One stsr is too many.

I called for a break job quote. Someone named Jaimie answered. She said
$ 450 for the front. $ 450 for the back. Pads and rotors turned. I asked how long would it take? «an hour to 1 ½. I asked how much for labor per hour? She said it varies. The pads price? «$ 150.» So over $ 250 for labor? «Yes». WOW.

My 17 year old sister called me panicked that her car wouldn’t start, and me being in LA could do nothing to help her, so I instructed her to have triple A tow her to Osborns and then have them drive her home in their smartcar.
Turns out absolutely nothing was wrong with her car, so when it was picked up the following morning, Osborns said since they couldn’t recreate the problem, there was no charge whatsoever. We didn’t have to pay anything! That really said a lot to me about their business since they easily could have come up with some problem or part replacement… but instead they were honest. Thanks Osborns! Will definitely come back for future car problems :)
