Extremely unprofessional staff. They sold me the wrong shoes, when I came home and opened the box I couldn’t believe that they don’t even know what they are doing. Landra(manager of the store) was on her cell phone when I came in, every time I get here the staff do not care to help customer out. I spend so much money in this store for such a poor service. I hope the management will do something about it or at least instal the cameras so they can manage their employees who are spending their time on the phone. I will never some back for sure, it’s too sad that this beautiful store has the worst staffing ever with horrible attitude!

This shoe store is amazing! The store manager was so helpful in helping me find a pair of slippers I needed for after exercising. The store was so busy yet she found a way to get to everyone in such a timely manner. I will be bringing back friends and my business back! Thank you!

I really wish I could agree with all the positive reviews for this store — I would have preferred to have a positive experience. I purchased a pair of shoes on Saturday after waiting for the one salesperson(who I think was the store manager) to even pay attention to me. She was helping the only other client in the store and I was there for at least 25 minutes, had picked out some shoes and was waiting on the bench until I finally got her attention. When I got home I discovered that the shoes I bought didn’t go well with my wardrobe. It was then that I noticed that they don’t accept returns — only exchanges or store credit. Since the salesperson had put my receipt in the shoebox without showing it to me, I never saw that — nor did I see the sign on the counter(it had been blocked by merchandise). And she certainly never asked if this was my first visit so she could tell me verbally. I returned to the store a couple of days later with the model of another pair of shoes from the same manufacturer that I had found online. A different salesgirl was standing in the doorway chatting when I got there. She didn’t greet me, didn’t end her conversation, didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. I stood at the cash register for 5 or more minutes while she continued her personal chat. I finally caught her eye and she took her time saying goodbye. I tried to explain to her that I didn’t know about store policy but was willing to work with them if they could order the pair of shoes I had found online(same manufacturer — Rieker. This salesgirl could not understand what I was suggesting and kept saying she couldn’t refund my money. She finally told me to return in 15 minutes when the manager would be there. I walked around the neighborhood for 15 minutes and was returning to the store when I noticed the salesgirl was putting up a sign saying ‘out to lunch be back soon”. Apparently the manager was late getting back to the store, wouldn’t be there for at least 30 minutes and had told the salesgirl to close the store! I went to run other errands and returned about an hour later(about a 15 mile trip each way). I found the store manager uncooperative. She was unapologetic about not telling me about store policy. She said that she had never had complaints about the salesgirl before but would ask her about what I was saying(this type of approach is dismissive at best and close to calling me a liar at worst). I asked again about ordering the shoes I found online and she said she would have to ask her buyer. She called the buyer — and then asked me for the model number on the shoe!!!(she has internet on her register and could look that up herself?). When I didn’t have the model number, she gave me a store credit, said she would look it up and call me to let me know if they could order the shoe. That was at 4 pm. At about 3 pm today I called her(does it really take a day to do this? It’s a weekday — not a weekend rush!)…she said she was ‘getting ready’ to call me — but there was no way(her words) they could order the shoe. She didn’t say why. I asked her if there were any other styles in the store similar to what I was looking for.(Why did I have to ask this rather thanher suggesting it?) She said she was getting 3 more shoe shipments to complete their winter collection, but couldn’t say if there were any shoes in that shipment with the features I was looking for(blue mary jane style — not very ‘exotic’). She also couldn’t say about when the shipments would arrive. Do you think after all my trouble she could have offered to look at the shipments to see if there was anything I might be interested in – and call me? Maybe even text a picture? It’s not like there’s a rush hour in that store. So now I am stuck with a $ 140 store credit for a store I abhor. They did absolutely NOTHING to show they were interested in my business. There are other stores I have shopped in where they value their customers, where the sales people are professional and service-oriented. BADBADBAD

Hanna was wonderful! She is kind, patient and customer satisfaction oriented. She represents your company well. Keep her! The shoes are very comfortable.(Ethem). 4 stars instead of 5 due to price.

BEST shoe store ever — bar none. I’ve been going to the Long Beach location for several years & recently discovered this location in Redondo — YAYYY!!! Super high quality shoes & boots, styles you won’t find many other places. All comfortable out of the box in the most adorable styles. Patricia is AWESOME — kind, helpful, never pushy … she wants you to find the perfect shoe for you & has no problem grabbing a million pairs to try. You definitely pay for the quality but it’s so worth it — I have 5 or 6 pairs I know will last for the next 10 or 20 years. This is a must go to store if you’re a fan of shoes(who isn’t???)

I have very hard to fit feet! For many years, I have known of the O’ My Sole store in Long Beach. Several months ago, I discovered a branch in Redondo Beach. I was thrilled and so were my feet! Thankfully, I just learned that the store will be open tomorrow. What a great way to start out 2015! I can’t wait to add more of their comfortable and stylistic shoes to my wardrobe.
