This is as good as wedding photojournalism gets!!! Mimi is the most talented wedding photographer that you will ever be able to get your hands on. I’m surprising myself writing this because I had always thought of myself as having a hard time taking pictures. From the first time we sat down with her all of our nervousness disappeared because she radiated such confidence in her skills and passion for her work. Every step of the way towards our wedding Mimi was just amazing. Her compositional skills and sheer talent shines through in every original shot she takes. When I see some of the shots that she managed to take and consider all of the foresight and experience needed to capture that exact moment I’m just astounded at how talented of a photographer she is.
Best of all, Mimi is also the sweetest most amazing person. Her bubbly enthusiasm, kindness, and patience are qualities not found in all photographers, and is probably a huge part of the reason she is so incredibly successful at what she does.

To us, wedding photos were a key component to our wedding. We wanted the best photographer out there, one that would not only capture our day, but would «tell the story» and we knew Mimi Teller was the one. She is not only a close personal friend but the best wedding photographer out there! We did research several photographers since our wedding was to be held in Napa and Mimi is in So Cal and we weren’t sure if she would travel. After a good deal of research we found what we expected — NO ONE has the talent or ability that Mimi has. It was our good fortune that Mimi was available for our wedding and was willing to travel!
Words cannot begin to describe what an honor it was to have Mimi photograph our wedding. When we met the first time she told us to plan 3 hours of photos for the two of us before the wedding as well as time for family and individual photos throughout the day we were a little apprehensive. But, once the day arrived it became clear why she established that schedule and after seeing the results we were THRILLED! Mimi’s photos were fun and casual but more important they were ROMANTIC and INTIMATE! The 3 hours Rich and I spent taking photos was absolutely MAGICAL. Mimi provided a setting for us to truly savor our time together, kissing, holding each other and basking in the romance of the day. We never could have imagined such an incredible experience. The photos will be a constant reminder of our love, romance and what a perfect day it was! Thank you Mimi… we love you!

I never thought of writing a review on a photographer till I saw the work that came out of my friend’s wedding. Holy cow this photographer is hot! What’s cool about her imagery is that it is «stylish», unique and fun! There is actually life in each photo. Each moment is captured from a unique perspective. Best of all, Mimi came across as not just down-​to-​earth but really sincere and loves what she does… capturing the moment. I’d say trust her to capture your moment. She’s great and I’ve already hired her to do my family’s Christmas card photo. Now, I really wish I could re-​do wedding photos and get her to do those too!
