Our company is family run and has been in the Southbay for over 10 years. Our affiliate company Élan Construction Inc has been building and remodeling homes in the Southbay for over 19 years.

John has run the family business for over 19 years, stepping aside from construction to concentrate on the development of JSCM Investments. The construction company is now headed by his son Stuart and wife Caroline, who is also very involved with JSCM Investments. Johns interests include Soccer and spending time with Family and Friends
