I needed to do a retrofit of fire sprinklers in my office building so I gave these guys a call. I dealt with a service manager named Oscar. After scheduling, Oscar came out and looked around, clearly describing what prep work was required by me before his guys can do the job. After opening all the holes to the sizes he requested, we scheduled for his techs to come in on a Saturday to do the work. On the day of service, his guys called me early to let me know they were on their way. Before I even arrived on location, they had already shorted and drained the fire sprinkler system. I walked them through the office and pointed out the sprinkler heads that needed retrofitting. I left and after three hours, it was all done. These guys are professional and good at what they do. The pricing is reasonable and their work is timely. I’m sure I will be calling them for more work on future projects.

Woke up monday morning to find water coming out of the sprinkler head in the kitchen. Called Mike at Fire Safe Systems who told me he would send someone buy immediately to check it out. Half an hour later, Juan came by, checked out the situation and found a pinhole leak in a pipe behind the sprinkler system. Even though this was a «regular» plumbing issue and not a «sprinkler» issue, these guys were honest, efficient and didn’t try to rip off a neighbor that needed help. Highly recommend Mike and Juan for their honesty, integrity and knowledge base.

Mike, the owner is a great businessman and a good guy. Done a fair bit of business with him and he has always been fair and easy to deal with. I respect them for the way they stick to their business principles, even if it isn’t always popular… you know what you are going to get! These guys were great! I called in late afternoon. Oscar called first thing in the morning and asked if he wanted me to have him send his guys right over. I said yes, they were there in ½ hr. They fixed the leaking sprinkler head faster and at a significantly lower price than they had quoted. Very respectful, professional nice guys!

So, from a installation perspective, Fire Safe was amazing. They were prompt, professional, and clean. They were great with listening to our needs and finished in a timely manner.
From a customer service perspective — something to be aware of … I suspect just standard protocol, but they do send out a potential «pay or else» notification (certified mail) — once the installation is complete. It caught us offguard and was a bit unnerving. They apologized and explained the issue and remedied completely. Very nice staff — really. Just be aware.
