Finley’s Jewelers was very helpful with my 2 recent watch repairs. Prompt, friendly and very reasonable service, plus lots of sparkly eye candy while I waited!

I needed a ring last minute. Mike and Barbara were the best! They listened to what I needed and gave us a fair price, cleaned my own jewelry for free while I talked to them and I got what I needed. I am so so happy with them.

My husband and I recently stumbled into this place hoping to get lucky and replace his lost wedding band. They have a really nice selection and knowledgable staff. I’m happy to say we walked out about 30 mins later with a great wedding band! They had almost exactly what his original band was and gave us a good deal on the show ring. Mike the manager and Barbra the sales assistant were very helpful and gracious. We will be returning customers.

Love their work! Had a wonderful experience with Mike who went above and beyond to make sure the job is done so perfectly on my cross necklace. The warranty is great. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely go back again.

I had a very unfortunate circumstance and the owner at Finleys did everything they could to make a very bad situation good. They designed and made be an absolutely gorgeous what it ring and band. I found the customer service to be poor. The sales people were pretentious and rude. Although convenient, I’ll never go back.

Jordan is the go to jeweler! He’s super excited about everything the store does and goes out of his way to help the customer and keeps us going back. He is super conscientious and honest. The best !

Finley’s new owner, Jordan fixed and upgraded my wedding ring in about one week. It looks amazing, like a whole new ring… I couldn’t be happier.
Even better, the price couldn’t be beat.
I will miss seeing David at Finley’s but Jordan is an up to par replacement.

Finley, s Jewerley goes above and beyond the call when it comes to customer service. I was in the area visiting from out of town and had lost a stone out of a very sentimental family necklace. I stopped into their store to see if they could repair it since I’d be heading back home and they were fantastic! Their work is excellent and knowing my limited time in the area, they had it ready before I left!
I cannot praise them enough or say thank you enough for their kindness and service.

I just got engaged last week and my fiancé purchased my ring from Finley’s. I am SO glad he did! We had been looking for the perfect ring (not something everyone has or could be seen at Jared’s) and found a really beautiful, unique one there in June. (The best part is, it was a great price even compared to chain stores– so don’t let the small business price fear keep you away.)
Now, two days after he proposed I went for a walk on the esplanade. I looked at my hand after walking about 2 miles and noticed the entire middle of my ring was MISSING. It was horrifying. I looked everywhere for it for two hours before finally giving up. Luckily Finley’s was just up the street so my fiancé and I went in there to talk to them right away. I was really sad and he was furious, understandably. From the moment we walked in they were incredibly apologetic and promised to fix the ring at no charge. They said it would take a week but would soon be good as new. My fiancé was still really upset since I would be ring-​less for the next week and we left feeling horrible about the whole thing.
So why am I giving a 5 star review? WELL we receive a call from Katrina about an hour after leaving. She tells us that she immediately went to their sister store and they had the parts to fix it TODAY by 5pm. It turns out they had designed some pendants to match the style of my ring that would fit so they put a rush on it. AND upgraded the center diamond for the trouble. They also reenforced it so something like this would never happen again. (Note: The ring was purchased from a designer and since it was so unique and different it wasn’t their fault that the initial design was faulty.)
I am now a die-​hard customer/​fan of Finley’s. My parents have used them my entire life and I know I will get my wedding bands and every other piece of jewelry I need from them.

This place is awesome! I walked in there just to see what they had to offer, and I was pleasantly surprised when Katrina, the new manager, offered to clean my jewelry I was wearing for free! She also told me that they now own Ella’s Botique next door and everything is on sale till November 15. I weny to look and bought a new bathing suit because the deals were too good to be true! I’m telling all my friends about this place!

Fixed my watch for free ! I also had them over haul a watch too. These people are the best. Its nice to have a store like this that you can trust (the jewelry business does not have the best reputation) Support this business !

I brought a ring in to have it cleaned and a pave diamond replaced. I discovered that the business was under new ownership so I crossed my fingers for a good outcome. They under promised and said the ring would be done no later than tomorrow by noon. Then I was happy to get a call that evening that it was done early and I could pick it up. They charged very little and were super helpful and gracious. In fact I was suffering from food poisoning that day and feeling faint, and they sat me down, gave me some orange juice and watched over me until I felt good enough to drive home. I am indebted. Thanks so much.

Honest, honest, honest, I made a tremendous mistake that this shop could’ve profited off but they didn’t, they fixed MY mistake instead. Very trustworthy in my experience.

moved here from Chicago a few years ago, had a my dads Bulova accutron that I’d been trying to fix for years back in Chicago. I brought watch in to Finley’s, Dave had it for me a month later, very satisfied.

Their selection looked good. However, there were three people working there when I went in and not one of them acknowledged me. I was there for 15 minutes just sitting till I just left. Lol.

Be careful when it comes to valuations. I had been coming to their PV location for years. Trusting them, I took in a 1958 Rolex Submariner for valuation and possible sale. They hit me low, very low and tried to convince me that it was fake. I knew it wasn’t and sent it to an expert in Florida and got three times what Finley’s said it was worth. They say that they are Rolex experts and if they are, I question their honesty.
Be careful!

I am a big fan of supporting the local guy. But not at the expense of getting totally ripped off.
I had 2 neclaces fixed and it cost me $ 75. Whaaaa? One was a sodering job for $ 25 and the other one was fixing a clasp for $ 50. Seriously?
I got totally ripped off. What a joke. Never again. I advise everyone to stay away. Far away.

I never was inside Finley’s previous, larger space, just down the street. Jewelry doesn’t interest me much.
That’s probably why I wear plastic Swatches and no other «jewelry» except my ear cuffs.
So. The Swatch Store on the SaMo Promenade is closed now. Booooooo! It was my favorite place! I bought Swatches, had my Swatch batteries replaced, and had repairs done to my collection of vintage Swatches… all at the 3^rd Street store. Gone now.
A few days ago my fave Swatch stopped ticking. It took a licking and finally stopped ticking… haha…
I wandered into Finley’s this morning in search of a replacement battery. Wow… Finley’s is like a trip back in time, to days when the jewelers could be seen sitting under bright lights at their stations, wearing those magnifying «goggles», doing whatever mysterious tasks it is that gemologists do.
I was fascinated.
I’m betting that Finley’s is a family operation, basing my guess on the charming lady who assisted me. Their biz card says they’ve been around since 1924, and that they not only sell jewelry, but they do repairs & appraisals.
$ 16.95 for my new battery is more than I paid at the Swatch store, but I don’t have to drive all the way to SaMo now, so it all works out.
And I got to peruse Finley’s collection of vintage watches while I was in the store.
OK so maybe I do kinda like jewelry, especially watches.
My life flashed before my eyes as I remembered wearing many of those old watches over the years. Egad, I must be vintage too…
Speaking of old: when my b-​day rolls around, I’d love to have that vintage watch with the pink leather band *cough*only 185 bucks*cough*
