Let me start by saying all of these other one star reviews must be very sour people. I have been shopping here for years and have done at least 30 different jobs along the way. I have never had any issues and the staff is amazing. Nick, Ted, Sri and Jessica are an amazing team. There knowledge is outstanding and truly care about their customers. We have had issues with defective products showing up from the manufacturers before, and they always take care of the problem, no questions asked. Do yourself a favor and call ahead for an appointment if you have the time, you won’t be disappointed.

I will never get anything from them again. First there were problems with the order which was caught by the sales person. Then we found out that our sink didn’t come with a template… would have been nice to know that BEFORE they delivered it. Now waiting for an order to be delivered, we wanted to pick it up but were told we couldn’t it had to be delivered!!! Had to call three times to get a hold of the correct department (no they can’t transfer you, you have to call back!) Then told that they had scheduled us for between 8 and 11… not 8 and 10 like we were told, and they have to call me back after they figure out where our driver is… Let’s see if that happens, right now I am thinking it won’t.

Don’t even waste your time. Not sure how the woman at the front still has a job. But, my contractor asked me to go here… Terrible experience all around.

Better have alot of time, always long waits. And lock in your price it changes depending on who you ask. It is one of the only show rooms in the area though.

They are open until 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays. I walked in at 4:15 and the lady just sitting at the front was disturbed when I asked to see a touchless faucet. She pointed in the direction it is on display. When I went back to her and asked to see a catalog with touchless faucets, she let me know how busy they had been today and staff was doing paperwork. She then informed me that I could go on-​line and look around. I doubled checked to make sure they were still open to the public and she said they were just closing up. I said it’s 4:15 and she said, «It’s 4:30.» When no one came to help me, I left. I would have gone to Friedman’s in Long Beach but it’s far and it’s late. Wherever I go to get my faucet, it will not be Ferguson!

No one cares I am surprised they are still in business the way they treat customers

Such a paradox — a truly beautiful showroom and the worst customer service ever. Between bites of her sandwich, the receptionist asked me to sign in. I hung out there for almost an hour waiting and hoping that one of several employees sitting at their desks might get up an help me, but no such luck. I actually asked the receptionist for some assistance and she said they were busy. There were only three other customers in the place and at least a half-​dozen people sitting at desks. There are no prices on anything so you really do need help if you are thinking about buying something. At the very least, if you are not going to be able to help me for an hour, tell me when I walk in the door and sign in. The merchandise is very high end, which was expected. But I also expect someone to help me when I am trying to spend over a grand on a kitchen faucet.

AWFUL, SNOOTY EMPLOYEES
I honestly cannot believe how the employees treat potential customers. The lady that sits in front and answers the phone is condescending, rude, and insulting. Rather than being helpful and providing assistance, she makes you feel like you are bothering her and that you are the dumbest person to roam this earth. She said to me, «yes of course we provide pricing to you at your appointment, that’s what a bid is!» Really? I’m so stupid that you, the middle aged lady working the phones at a plumbing store has to explain to me what a bid is.
If you want horrible customer service and want to feel like an imbecile, this is the place to go.

We’ve been working on a house remodel for a year and I’ve dealt with a lot of stores and subcontractors. People are flaky, they’re hard to reach, it’s been so frustrating. WELL Nick Staib at Fergusons has been a highlight in the process. He jumped in to help when our sales rep was on vacation. He is very responsive, and helped us quickly in a pinch when a sink we ordered wouldn’t fit. If you need anything at Fergusons, you can count on Nick!

I purchase a thermocouple kid Stanford White from the store for $ 65 when they only cost $ 45 somewhere else. The part did not work I try to return it and they wouldn’t give me store credit! I told the store manager that he will lose a customer for life he said he didn’t care. They don’t believe in the customers always right so I will never shop there again!

Customer service is horrible!!! Don’t ever come there…

Otherwise you should have somebody to take care of walk in.

Worked with this location to outfit fixtures for two brand new bathrooms. It was a terrible experience. Two times I made an appt to speak with my sales person only to sit and wait, for 45 min to an hour, while he met with someone that clearly had a larger order than mine. I asked for a non rain shower head and ended up with one. When I went to the warehouse to pick up my order, I had to sit in the sun for 20 minutes while someone located my pallet. Then he loaded it poorly into my trunk and I had to reload it or else pieces would have landed on my kid. In the chaos, I neglected to make him review the parts and one was missing from the order. Really terrible customer service unless you are placing a high price order.

Daniel to the rescue!
Wow, we were in a pinch and needed a Kohler sink like ASAP. Frantically, I called Daniel and he said that I could come in and order it and it will be at their warehouse the next morning.
Too good to be true right? I was skeptical. After being burned and burned by Home Depot (I’ll NEVER order from HD online), I was hesitant about placing yet another order for a sink (we had 1 already, wrong one from HD) but I ran over to Ferguson’s and placed the order with Daniel.
I must’ve called him like 5 times to have him reassure me it was going to be there the next day.
Next day. Drive out to Redondo. Check in with Daniel again. Sure enough, it was there!!! MIRACLE!!! Hallelujah. I will NEVER ever order from Home Depot online. Not only was Ferguson’s cheaper, it was OVERNIGHT! You can’t freaking beat that! Such great customer service too!

Customer service is horrible. Maybe because my order was under $ 200 they give no attention. I asked them for status of my order after 1 week when it was supposed to arrive in 3 – 5 days. Sales guy says let me call the company for status and will call me back. He never did. I then left message 3 days later and never got a call back. I lost track and called back 1 week later to which Martha, the receptionist, didn’t care to direct me to someone else other than my original sales guy. Only after I gave her the brilliant idea to transfer me to ANY sales guy on the status of my order I got an answer. I get to the pickup counter and no one was interested in helping because they were busy chatting away.
Service is just terrible here. Their stuff is expensive too.

I work for a general contractor in Manhattan Beach who builds custom homes, and we work almost exclusively with this showroom because the quality of service and products for the price is excellent. We’ve completed numerous projects from start to finish and will continue to do so because our sales reps are always helpful (even when we have difficult requests that must be met quickly), and the showroom supervisor is exceptional.

Horrible customer service. We went in to look for free standing faucet but had no sales people ready to help us. Just to ask someone to direct us to specific brand or type of faucet was a chore. so we take our business else where.

I very generously give two stars. The extra star is because they do have low prices. That said, their customer service is horrible.
When you walk into the showroom, they have you sign in. The first time I arrived, I told them that I just wanted to look on my own to see what types of products they sold. The receptionist told me that I couldn’t look on my own but needed an appointment. Really? You’re turning away customers because they don’t have appointments? I scheduled an appointment for the next day. We were in the early stages of our remodel and really didn’t know what we wanted and were not ready to purchase. They sales person who we met with seemed annoyed that we didn’t know what we wanted. Um, maybe you should talk to the front desk lady who required me to make an appointment.
I found that if I go in the middle of the day, the sales people are busy and they will let me look on my own, at my leisure but, if I need pricing, I need to make an appointment. Warning, once you sit down with a sales agent, you must go through that agent. If they are busy with other people, it doesn’t matter if you want to make a purchase, you need to wait until they call you back. I waited a week for the agent to get back to me so I could purchase my kitchen sink. I’m all for rewarding the person who does the work but, I couldn’t wait any longer. I ended up going to Pac Sales and had them price match. The same thing happened for my bathroom fixtures (faucets, sinks, bath tub, accessories). I called and called and my agent was always busy. I ended up ordering those items online for a fraction of the price.

Thankfully I saw their sign from the 405 freeway. My renters broke the spray wand of my kitchen faucet, so I called them to locate a replacement part opposed to buying a new one. Before arriving at the store, I was told to take pictures of the faucet so we could determine the manufacturer. Since it was a special order and I have only owned my condo for 11 months, JR was able to tell me it was a high-​end Moen; looked up the model number and suggested I contact them for warranty information. Although I did not have the receipt, they are sending me a new wand that was supposed to cost $ 122.
Honest and informative people. Location was difficult to find (behind wall of Vons/​Salvation Army on Inglewood and Marine), but worth looking for.
