A member of the California Bar since 1999, founding partner Chad A. Eberhardt specializes in personal injury, general civil litigation and sports law. From bankruptcy trials to criminal arraignments to small business issues, Mr. Eberhardt has successfully tackled a wide array of legal issues throughout his legal career

A former high school and college baseball player, Mr. Eberhardt also represents numerous professional athletes in connection with contract negotiations, endorsement deals and arbitration /​free-​agency issues. Having received full certification as a player agent by Major League Baseball’s Player Union, Mr. Eberhardt is able to combine his athletic background and legal acumen to provide superior representation to each and every client. To further assist his athlete clients, Mr. Eberhardt has formed an exclusive alliance with Landis, Seal & Ware Baseball Group.
