This review is long overdue. I was sent to Dr. Arce by my regular dentist when it was determined that I need to have a tooth pulled. Based on the fact that tend to feel a lot of dental pain, Dr. Arce gave me general anesthesia. While I was apprehensive over the procedure, I was impressed with the professionalism of himself and his entire staff. After the procedure and I woke up about an hour later, I went home and didn’t encounter any complications.
His office décor, his staff and the quality of his equipment are among the best that I’ve ever seen in the United States. When I lived in South America, I had seen some really top notch dentists, with great equipment, so when I met Dr. Arce and saw his office I knew I was dealing with a real professional. I can’t make it any simpler for you than that. I’ve dealt with a lot of hacks in the USA before, so I feel that I can spot them really quickly; Dr. Arce sure isn’t one of them.
Now if this doesn’t impress you from here, let me tell you a little more. I was about to travel overseas for a long trip and them another tooth of mine went bad. It turned out that one of my Wisdom teeth had to come out, but I was leaving two days later. I called Dr. Arce’s office about a next day appt., but they informed me that they would be closed. When I explained my dilemma, Dr. Arce actually opened the office that morning for me alone. I was both overwhelmed and grateful to him for his selfless act. Again, based on my issue he opened the office just for me that day; who does that! Anyway, the removal of the Wisdom tooth went off without any problems and I didn’t have to worry as I left overseas.
I appreciate people who care about their work and can expain what their doing so that it becomes clear to the client. Dr. Arce not only takes the time to to a proper diagnosis, but also expains the work in detail, and is incredibly patient if you have additional questions. I mean it, not only is he an excellent dentist, but in meeting him you can quickly see that he is a patient and thorough dentist who has high standards not only for the patient, but also for himself.

Dr. Arce and the whole staff were so great and friendly. The office is super nice and clean. They were also so comforting that I wasn’t even worried one bit about my surgery. Love them!

It is hard for me to imagine that in my entire life I would give a dentist five stars, but true to my form, if I am shown something I’ve never seen before, ya get five. I hate dentists, I hate my teeth, I hate this one little part of my life. But you know what? I’m going to take control of it. Anyway, that’s a bit too much information. Still, Arce has what it takes to inspire that kind of confidence. What can I say?
He is like the last stop. I feel like I can get everything done with him and not get bounced around to other semi-​competent practitioners. I (had) these crazy impacted wisdom teeth and I went to get them yanked. No problems.
The staff are friendly and work with you patiently. The office is luxurious but not overdone. The music is nice. All good. I’ll go back to get the rest of my serious dentistry done there.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed from Dr. Arce. I had a wonderful experience there. I’m a big chicken when it comes to any kind of procedure and they made me feel very comfortable. The staff and Dr. Arce were amazing!

Dr. Arce himself is great. I used him to get my wisdom teeth removed. The surgery went off without a hitch, I had little pain and swelling afterwards. He was very thorough in his assessment of my situation and I felt comfortable the whole time. His office is nice, clean and he’s got a fish tank.
I’m deducting stars for his office staff, though. Dr. Arce had to run some additional tests, of which, I never received the results. I had my surgery in May 2012 and have called on average, once per month. Granted, I could have been more aggressive, but seriously… how hard do I have to try to get test results from his staff? It’s always the same story when I call– «Someone will get back to you». Well, no, actually they won’t. I value a doctor not only by their skill, but how well they are able to manage an office and staff. A year and a half of un-​returned phone calls is just unacceptable.
