My daughter cracked her iPhone 5s, and was frantic to get her phone fixed. I checked out Unilocal and found this establishment. I called and they quoted a good price and said they could fix it in 30 minutes. I took it down there. They did a GREAT job! I will recommend to all my friends and family.

I first came to Custom iPhones & Repairs because my friend dropped my iPhone 6 on his drive away cement. It was expected that the screen shattered, I had no case on. So I went to Custom iPhones & Repair to get it fix for $ 85. The fix itself was fast, about ~20 minutes. My phone came out fine, with a little bit of a yellowish tint/​hue on the phone screen. I didn’t question too much about the quality of the replacement screen for the price was decent.
2 weeks later, I dropped my phone — with a case — at my gym’s floor and the screen shattered again. With the original iPhone quality screen, the screen wouldn’t have shattered at a soft floor. I question the quality of the material at Custom iPhones & Repair. I probably should’ve paid more for a better quality screen at the original Apple store

My iPhone 6 was shattered and the LCD screen was broken, went here today and got it fixed perfectly in 15 minutes for the lowest price of any of the places I called in the area and there is a 60 day warranty! Thank you!

Lifesavers! My iPhone got wet and would not charge and the good folks at the Genius Bar said the charge port was corroded and that it couldn’t be repaired. Rather than pay $ 300 for a new phone, I called Custom iPhone. Not only could it be repaired, they had the part in stock and would need about an hour to fix it. 55 minutes later, my phone was good as new at a fraction of the cost. Next time i have a problem with an Apple product, I am calling Custom first, they are the real geniuses.

Really happy! My iphone was fixed in 25 minutes and for half the price that Apple was going to charge me. Highly recommended!

My hunsband and I shattered both of our screens. Came here and got it fixed within an hour. They did an awesome job!

Read a lot of great reviews here, so I decided to come in. Honestly disappointed with my repair. I don’t really write bad reviews unless it was pretty bad so here goes.
The repair guy is pretty nice and repairing my phone took about 10 minutes without an appointment, which was great. But. The repair of the phone itself, I couldn’t really agree with.
The iPhone 6 has a blueish tint now (I compared it with another iPhone 6 with an original screen). He said the glass was original, but I can’t really agree because the colors are a lot more cooler. My phone is also a lot less responsive now, compared to before (but that may be due to dropping it). I can’t really type as well as before, because sometimes letters don’t respond to my touch unless I press them several times. For example, when I enter something as simple and routine as my pin, sometimes the third or second number doesn’t register, and I have to go back and type it again. Also there’s a weird gap in my iphone on the side where the glass is supposed to fit in (you can see the backlight shining through the gap), which definitely was not there before.
Paid $ 95+tax for my iPhone 6 repair, but regret coming here. I wanted to save a bit of money, and I wouldn’t care too much about originality if the iPhone worked as well as before and looked similar. If you want your iPhone to look original as possible, be responsive, and have the beautiful colors we all know and love, just pay up and go to an Apple Store. If I could go back, I’d definitely pay more just to get my screen back.

My iPhone screen shattered last night, so I walked in without an appointment today expecting for them to say it will take a couple of hours to repair or that I would have to leave overnight, but they had it repaired for me in 15 minutes! The two owners working there are so friendly and enjoyable to be around. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone with a broken phone! Price was cheaper than taking it to an Apple store, and faster than making an appointment online through Apple. I was really impressed with my experience here.

This is the absolute best iPhone repair shop out there. Don’t waste your time with the Apple Store. These guys know their stuff. They are reasonably priced, trustworthy, and very efficient with their time! I have had both my LED screen and glass repaired here, multiple times. For example, I just dropped my phone off for a screen repair and picked it up about 2 hours ago. Well getting out of the car on the way home, I of course dropped it again before I had a chance to put a case on it. So I will be back probably tomorrow. Regardless of my stupidity, these guys are awesome! I will continue to go there every time I break my phone!

Took my girlfriends iPhone 5s in to get the screen fixed, and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Will was a huge help and very professional. I would come back but hopefully not too often, haha.

Will is the guy to see! He was very helpful with any questions and concerns I had. My iPad looks as good as new! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Came in today! I called them asking about pricing on an iPhone 6 repair. I came in within 10 mins, and they fixed my cracked screen within that amount of time. Very friendly and not rude at all! Very reasonable pricing compared to other places. Just a quick tip: if you are repairing your phone just to trade it in, let them know! They will try to accommodate the cheaper route to fix it.

Found this listing on Unilocal.The guys in here are great. Dropped the phone off and it was completed by the time promised. Decent pricing for repairs. However, be aware that the Unilocal 10% for checking in, can not be utilized for iPhone 6, 6+ repairs.

A friend of mines recommend this place to me. I have a iPhone 6 plus and I had damaged the front screen, the LCD, and the back camera lens. I met up with my friends friend Lorne’s. He straight gave me a quote that was unreal and fixed my phone within 30mins. What I loved was that he didn’t pressure me to get it fix nor did he try to negotiate the price to get business. I live in Redondo Beach and I love spending my money in local businesses!!!
He give other specials I wasn’t interested in but I heard him talk to other clients and those deals were very smart to get!

I took my brother’s 4s phone that was badly damaged. The LCD screen was messed up. Different color lines were showing on the screen and nothing on the screen could be seen except for those lines. Home button was also missing. Based on reviews I took my brothers phone here and the guy said it would take 45 min to fix, sweet! I initially was only going to fix the LCD, but the home button was only $ 10 more dollars so got that repaired as well. $ 55 to fix the LCD, $ 10 for home button. Unilocal check in discount. Total was around $ 62 dollars. Good deal I think. For later models like 6, 6s, 6 plus it will be a little more than what I paid FYI.

I fixed my iPhone 5s here and it was over 100 bucks for the cracked screen. When it was done, the display was brown/​orange, almost as though the brightness was turned down.
I cracked my iPhone again and I went to BL2BL in Manhattan beach. It was 80 bucks flat and the display was just as good as when I bought the phone brand new.
