This is by far my favorite location! Quick, courteous service. I’ve had the pleasure of Katie making my food a couple times and she’s awesome. This particular location is well managed — you can tell by the attitude of the workers. Very unlike other locations near there. The location by Home Depot in Torrance, geez; horrible, rude people. Anyway, this is a great location and terrific staff!!!

I love this Chipotle, one of the staff members names India is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. She always makes my burrito bowl just right and is a great example of good customer service.

This only reason I go to this particular Chipolte is because I love close. It’s is rarely crowded on the positive. The steak looks a little mysterious, and due to not having a lot of customers I think a lot of the meat sits for long periods of time and the tortillas sit out as well. The staff is friendly but aren’t very generous with the meat like some other location.

Can you say STINGY! Adding insult to injury, here’s what’s wrong with their food: — Burritos are always cold — Steak is not high quality(I’m always spitting out grissly chunks) — Their salads are small; where’s the lettuce? — The employees are jerks — and again, yes they charge you for anything extra of anything. Which wouldn’t be an issue if they weren’t stingy in the first place. If I could wipe these places off the globe with a click of my slippers I would.

Omg don’t go here. I waited 15 minutes for either fresh steak or barbacoa, neither was ready in 15 so I had to leave. No coupon, just a sorry it’ll be another 10 minutes. Worst chipotle of all time.

TOTHEPEOPLEWHOCOMPLAINABOUTPORTIONSIZE: You can ask for more of anything and they will give it to you!!! Speak up instead of giving them one star. The people who work there have cameras on them at all times– and the people who audit them watch portion sizes! Anyways now that that’s been said… This location is small and slower then others so sometimes the meat isn’t as fresh buy most of the time it is. Sometimes it just depends on who’s making the food I think because I’ve had yummmmmmy experiences here and also some ehhhh experiences.

Place is horrible. I usually skip this place. The ice machine is broken sometimes. Tonight I wait in line and there is only one person. After waiting for 5 minutes the lady says if you want steak there is gonna be a wait. She could have told me that in line before I waited even more. This place isn’t usually managed well it seems. I don’t think I will stop here anymore. You would think they would find competent people who need a job.

Strange experience at this Chipotle. A manager sat three young women down at a table next to me and just started holding a group interview with them… very unprofessional and odd to do this in the dining area while customers are eating! Do they not have a private meeting space for that sort of thing?

Every time I have eaten at this Chipotle I have been struck by how stingy they are with all the ingredients, starting with the beans(which are dirt cheap), the meat(small dollop in the middle of your burrito), the veggies and all the way through to the chips and guac! Adding insult to injury, my last order of chips and guac included a ¾ full guac container with stale, yes chewy, stale, chips! Gross. I’m going back to the Hermosa Chipotle which has generous portions of everything even though I live in the Riviera!

I gave one star because I had the worst customer service experience with this man. One of the workers was very rude. I tried to get some water out from the drink dispenser and it didn’t work! so, I asked one of the guys(dude, standing next to a young cashier) for help and he was like«are you sure? Check again?!» And smirked at me. He didn’t do anything but pretended he didn’t see me and walked away. I thought it was very rude to a customer. Eventually, another girl came out and helped me out. She said she apologized. I appreciated her help. But the guy was very rude. Food is okay. — got chicken and double rice with no bean, lettuce, spicy sauce.

I had been at this location once before, right after they had open. did not got back because I thought the portion was ridiculously smaller then any other location, and wasn’t very good; Decided to go back again after couple of years, i thought they had fixed the problem. Apparently not… The food did not taste the same at all. and I love chipotle, but I won’t be back at this location!!!

This Chipotle is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is fresh and you get a proper meal, other times, the ingredients are stale, undercooked, or overcooked, and that can ruin your meal. The staff is always friendly, but in the end the food has to be good too. I’ve gotten burritos here that were ripped as they were folding them. Look, I appreciate that Chipotle puts heaping portions into the burritos, but if the burrito is tearing, then my meal essentially becomes a bowl. Just like any other skill, some people are better at folding than others, and there are some burrito makers at this place that should probably just stick to ringing up customers. I just finished a bowl that looked pretty nice until I realized there was barely any steak on it. They had just run out of steak before I ordered, and another employee was slicing it during my order. Essentially, the employee making my bowl didn’t wait for the guy slicing the steak to slice enough for my bowl. My husband’s bowl had plenty of steak, but he ordered after me, so there you go. My brown rice was also undercooked so it was crunchier than it should have been. That was disappointing… I’ve been here several times as I live nearby, and I love the convenience of this place. The quality just needs to be consistent. I hope they start doing a better job at checking the textures of the rice, the skill sets of the burrito makers, and just the overall quality of the ingredients. I love Chipotle, but this place can be a bummer when they are not on their game. When they are on, the meal is great.

This is my usual Chipotle as it’s the closest one to my house. I’ve found the people who work here to generally be friendly and they’re not skimpy on guac or the meat as some others I’ve found. The parking lot is small, but there’s almost always spots open at lunch. Indoor and outdoor seating which is nice on a good day.

I like that chipotle. They are generous with the portion, service is good and they have a nice terrace. The only thing is that the place is kind of dirty in the eating area, I never eat in because of this. They should clean right after everyone leaves.

What hasn’t been said about Chipotle already? The combination of healthy options, portion, freshness, value, convenience, and great staff make this place quite simply the best quality fast food chain there is. This location in particular is great! Despite the afternoon rush, I’m never waiting very long. The manager and staff are very friendly and always willing to make your order perfect without skimping!

For a chain, they hit it out of the ballpark. Healthy choices. Very large portions. Vegetarian options. For under $ 7, you’ll Max out and have a very full belly This is a great location with a glass enclosed patio and view of the ocean if you sit at the right table. Very friendly staff. I like it!

I don’t normally write reviews for chain restaurants unless I have something important to say… I actually like how clean this location is. That aside, I agree with other reviewers too that the portion here is incredibly small at this location!!! I tried to think positive but hmm… it’s unless any salad bowl I ever got at other locations because they literally didn’t put anything«EXCEPT» sour cream in my salad bowl… So if you are like me and you don’t like beans/salsa in your bowl, you won’t be getting much, even after asking them for more lettuce, they barely sprinkled few more. I am not even complaining from one experience, because this«portion issue» happened few times already… Plus, yesterday was one of the most difficult order I placed at Chipotle(and I’ve been a huge fan for a long long time) because he was deaf or something and had me repeat my order over and over, didn’t give me any lettuce until I asked him to(who gets a bowl with just rice and meat?), telling us fajita would only take 2 minutes when it took longer than 2 minutes to just start grilling, almost ruined the bowl by not putting the salsa on the side and so on… WHILECHATTINGUPABOUTSOMETHINGELSE, which I really don’t like… Thank you for being friendly, but let’s get the job done right first! And the food tasted way too salty…
