Body Care Spine and Nerve Center

I’ve been receiving treatment for the last five years at Body Care for Scoliosis. While there a number of Chiropracters within close proximity to my home, I choose to drive 45 minutes every week in LA traffic to get treatment there. That is just how good they are! I highly recommend this place. Professional, clean, skilled and efficient. I owe them so much for alleviating my back pain and helping my body function normally!

One of the best Chiropractic centers that I have ever visited. Was coming back from my meeting in San Jose. Almost missed my flight while running with my carryon. When finally got to my flight and checked in, I felt a cold sensation on my right shoulder. The pain was unbearable. When back in los Angeles, visited my primary care and was given some pain killer. A friend of mine who was very familiar with sports injuries and similar issues as mine, recommended this Chiropractic services. After three sessions, I felt new again. I would recommend the body and spine nerve center to everyone who experiences back spasms or muscle tightness. The staff are simply incredible.

I am very choosey about who I get my adjustments from and Dr. Sara definitely has a spot at the top of my list. When I am in the RB area, I always make sure to see Dr. Sara for an adjustment. She is super knowledgable and sweet. SHe definitely knows how to treat my neck and back after I have had an intense workout. She really takes the time to get to know my body — and she definitely knows how to make me feel great. Highly recommend.

I am currently getting work done here and so far so good! I can feel my spine getting healthier. The staff and doctors are super nice and make all of their patients feel like family. It’s a very nice atmosphere. The doctors are very knowledgeable and are willing and able to answer all of my questions. I saw a bad review for this place and was pretty shocked! I just want to clear up something as far as my own experience is concerned. I do not work for this doctors office so this review is from a real patient (as all the rest are from what I can tell). Also, my treatment was not a price rip off. In fact the price was in line with every other chiropractor I’ve ever gone to. I’m completely satisfied and would recommend Body Care to anyone!

I have been going here for about 7 years. Dr. Nasrin is my go-​to-​gal anytime I have tweaked my neck, back, you name it. She is kind, gentle, and her techniques work. She can always find room for an appointment, her prices are reasonable and my new insurance even covers it, which is a huge added bonus. I have had three regular chiropractors in my lifetime, but I have been going here for 7 years. That says it all.

I came here for my chronic neck pain. The doctors are super sweet and accommodating, she took several X-​rays on the first visit after my consultation and exam. The next time I came in Dr. Nasrin went over my X-​rays & thoroughly explained what she found on my X-​rays and how Chiropractic can help relieve my neck pain & other ailments I’m experiencing. After a few visits I felt much better & now I go in for routine adjustments when I feel like it.

Dr. Nasrin and Dr. Sarah are awesome an so is their staff! I’ve been to chiropractors for most of my life (disc issue) and they are the only ones that have provide relief! I can’t recommend them enough.

Let me just inform everyone that I have scoliosis and have had about 3 back surgeries. The first was to put metal rods (as the Doc called it «hardware») in my back because my doctor told me that was the only way to prevent my spine from curving any further. The second was due to an allergic reaction to the metal and the 3^rd was to completely remove the «hardware» or metal rods. Needless to say, my whole life (or at least as far as I can remember) I’ve had back pain. I had the mentality to just accept that no matter what, the rest of my life I would have to live with pain. By the way, I’m currently 27 years old.
After explaining my situation to my boss, she convinced me to see her chiropractor. I gave in and made an appointment with Dr. Nasrin. She did x-​rays and went over my results. I must admit I was skeptical because I did not think anyone could help me, but I agreed to take the leap and start treatment. After my first alignment, I felt like I was on cloud nine! I could not remember the last time I was pain free. Luckily, I did the treatment in the morning because the rest of the day I was peppy, hyper and the happiest I could remember because I was pain free. Throughout the next few months, I finished my treatments (3 times a week the first month, 2 times a week the next month, then 1 time a week for one or two months), Dr. Nasrin took follow up x-​rays to see how much I improved. She put my before and after x-​rays side by side, the results were astonishing! My neck was corrected, my hips were aligned, my shoulders were closer to alignment, even one of the curves in my back was a little improved (I have an S curve). I couldn’t believe my eyes, I almost cried. I called my mom to tell her the good news, she was ecstatic and emotional on the phone. After so many years of doctors telling me and my mom the only way to fix my back was surgery and still having pain after. Then seeing Dr. Nasrin and Dr. Sara for just a few short month, I would’ve had a more pain free life if I would have gone to them in the first place. I have to give props to Dr. Nasrin and Dr. Sara, they know what they are talking about. They care about their patients!

TOTAL RIP OFF !!!
This is a con artist chiropractor, let me explain:
First thing here is x rays, they will charge you $ 75 for x rays, then you will have to wait with your back pain for two more days (they say it’s because the x rays are not ready) and then they will tell you you need more than $ 3,000 in order to fix your back pain.
You will never get any adjustment or massage WHATSOEVER if you don’t fall for their rip off.
They will tell you you need treatment for months to come in order to adjust your body… that is their way to explain you gotta pay them thousands of dollars !!!
I can see the other reviews here are from the people working on this office, a total mislead and lies. You guys should be ashamed of promoting this rip off !!!

Body Care Chiropractic is AWESOME! Not only has their Doctor and staff been voted South Bays Favorite Chiropractor twice in a row, but they truly care about their patients! I had severe neck pain and chronic migraines for a couple years. I heard about Dr. Nasrin & Dr. Sara through a friend and when I arrived they were soo nice and really cared about my well being. They took time to sit with me and explain chiropractic care even with a waiting room full of patients. In a short time I was feeling much better, and now I cant go a week without my adjustment! I highly recommend Body Care to anyone suffering with pain!

I suffered a lower back injury during heavy lifting and came into Body Care Chiropractic. Dr. Sara not only treated me, but also educated me in understanding the injury I had suffered. I am now back to normal again and feel even better! Dr. Sara really knows how to treat her patients, and shows that she truly does care about her patients’ well-​being.

Dr Nasrin and Dr Sara are fantastic!
I suffered many years with a foot ailment called Plantar Facitis (sp?)
I decided I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life unable to go on long walks, runs, or working out. After 6 months receiving physical therapy at my Orthopedic office, I had some relief but it was not better. I was at Body Care for a regular adjustment and mentioned this to Dr Nasrin. Dr Sara immediately put me on a plan of treatment which now has me walking normal, working out and having a normal life.

Dr Nasrin really cares about her patients and people in general. She has completely gone out of her way for me and that says a lot in this day and age. She has worked with my insurance issues to get me in for treatment and I truly appreciate how considerate she is especially since I am pregnant. I was nervous about going to a chiro when expecting but so far it has helped me tremendously and I am always at ease around Dr. Nasrin because she is so kind.
