Bouzy, located next door to Chez Mélange. A neighborhood gastropub, Bouzy takes the best of a French brasserie, an English pub, and an American bar and grill using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. With a seasonal selection of artisan beers and many wines by the quartino, Bouzy gastropub is Michael and Robert’s idea of the neighborhood pub. History

Established in 1982.

Established in 2008 The identity of home is shrinking, and a neighborhood is not quite as charming as it used to be.

Michael Franks and Robert Bell, co-​owners of Chez Mélange for 26 years believe that they can take back the neighborhood. That people should feel at home when dining out. That we as restaurateurs are there to take care of you, no matter what walk of life you find yourself on. To do this, Michael and Robert have created a comfortable blend of local, organic, and seasonal ingredients, and Michael’s son, Daniel has brought together a bright, affordable wine list, fresh cocktails, and some rocking beers, to make a neighborhood restaurant truly part of the neighborhood.

And the restaurant would be nowhere without the matriarch of the family, Lisa Franks, who will be your maître d’. So please, come in, have a seat, a drink, a bite, and say hello. We want you to be happy… and of course full, because to us, there’s nothing more important.
